I love Chipotle but I rarely get it because although this store is the most convenient it’s so gross. There isn’t one time that I’ve ever been in there that it wasn’t filthy! I’ve not written a review before hoping that when I visited it was just a one off but no, it’s always gross. The trash on the floors, tables and trash can are an instant turn off. The work surface is usually it wiped down and the condiment/drink area is always just messy. It doesn’t take that much effort to clean up between bursts of traffic (which it’s never been busy at the times I’ve been there). I’m going to have to go out of my way to hit the North-shore store.

I eat here quite often and it’s a hit or miss with the quantities but this… We just got home, opened our bowls and they look like they’ve been half eaten. Second bowl , we paid $3.30 for extra chicken. there’s practically nothing in the bowl.

UPDATE: had to talk to AI for 5 minutes before it finally patched us through to the restaurant and the restaurant immediately hung up on us.

Excellent service from their night crew. Ulysses is always on top of everything! Definitely deserves some recognition for his great customer service skills. Love getting 1 taco for a snack! Definitely recommend for a healthy quick option by ordering ahead and swinging by the to-go window.

My kids were craving chipotle tonight it sounded good to me too. As I was starting my order of kids meal chicken tacos the employee ran out of chicken. He asked the cook if the was anymore. The cook said he didn’t know they were out and that it would take a long time to cook more. I took what chicken he had and started with my toppings which was lettuce and cheese only. The employee said we’re out of lettuce and cheese. lol As I was looking for other meat for my dinner it looked very very old. The topping area was very messy also. My kids wanted to leave so we left! I don’t recommend this chipotle. I’ve given this place a few chances as this wasn’t my first bad experience!

I waited at the counter for 10 mins then the guy working with the trash cans came straight over to make my food—after coming straight from emptying trash cans.
He didn’t wash his hands.
It’s a matter of time before this particular franchise gets a visit and shut down for health violations.

Food has always been better than this trip. Chips fries until brown and stale. Flavorless food. The kicker is the place was FILTHY! Floors, chairs, tabletops, counter tops where you grab drinks and utensils, where you drop off your baskets and trays, everywhere was just awful. Employees stood around when no customers were in line instead of grabbing a broom or cleaning cloth. I still like Chipotle but won’t visit this location again.

My fiancé and I had went to get him something for dinner. He loves Chipotle, however I don’t know if it was the staff working tonight or the restaurant itself but we had the worst experience. There was a very long line and one of the employees was rude and had airpods in so he couldn’t even hear the other employee tell him our order. When we got home the food was terrible the chips were stale and the queso was bad. When we called to ask for a refund we were met with AI on the phone when we were finally able to get on the phone with a real person it wasn’t even someone from the restaurant we ordered from. It was a 3rd party. They were of no help at all and we will be going to the store to get a refund in person even though it should be easy enough on the phone. So yeah save yourself the trouble either don’t go here or when your food tastes awful just go right back to the restaurant to get a refund.

I want to give Jenny, the manager, kudos. I ordered my salad at 4pm online only to be called into an emergency meeting. An hour and a half later the meeting was over. I was upset because of the meeting, but that all went away when I was greeted by Jenny. I jokingly said was there to pick up the 2 hour old salad. Jenny generously offered to make a fresh salad for me. That’s beyond the standard. Please let Jenny my day was made and you now have a customer for life.

I go through the pick up line and geez they take forever to come to the window. I sit there for 15 minutes sometimes. Service is terrible. They don’t apologize for taking so long either. Lady had her AirPods in so that’s probably why it takes so long. She doesn’t hear the ding when I roll up. Chips were also extremely stale.

I love chipotle however my meal was sloppily put together, it fell apart when I picked it up and I submitted a door dash to go order, it took 30 minutes to come out, it was only 1 burrito. Other people came and were served before me, all in all it was a bad experience
