This is one of our go to spots for a quick drive thru, non fast food, mexican comfort food, type places. Still reasonably priced, the salsa are good, plates have good portions. My go to are the taquitos and my kids the asada fries. But everything else I’ve had is good as well. This isn’t five star but it hits the spot on a lazy night or for a quick bite on the way to Gardena Cinema.

I come here about 1-2x month. Now I order the (chili verde plate,) chili relleno & taco, NOW WHO EVER WAS COOKING AT 7pm Dec.14 I need to know when they are cooking because this was THE ABSOLUTE DELICIOUS PLATE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED Ill show up when there cooking! KEEP IT UP!!!

I recently moved around here and decided to order here my man took the order. I feel like this Alberto’s doesn’t put time and effort like other restaurants do. And well the drink tasted water down sink water . Mix with soda. I’m sorry but I think ppl who want to order from this restaurant need to be strict because not even my asda fries looked like it was cooked well.

Its albertos. It was good. Super fries used to be delicious now its…… dissapointing…. extremelly dissapointing now. If you ask for jalapenos on the side they just wont give it to you. Also, barelly any guac as you can see in the photo, they try to hide it. Also i agree with the other reviews. They randomly close whenever they want so beware or call.

I was the ONLY customer (that should have been a red flag) but it still took 15 minutes to get a chicken burrito The chicken in the burrito didn’t have any flavor. I only ate half of the burrito and disposed of the other half. That was my first and LAST time going to the restaurant. The restaurant plays VERY LOUD MUSIC from some speakers to the outside. I had to keep asking the employee to repeat herself over and over while I was ordering because I couldn’t hear her. The music was LOUD!!

I’ve been to this location a few times and each time I always wondered if it’d be a smooth trip with no issues. They seem to maybe have a poor quality drive through system that makes it’s harder to communicate. The lady that has helped me in the past seemed very nice which makes my recent visit a little confusing. To keep it short, I pulled up at the drive way speaker/menu and waited, after about 2 minutes of not being greeted or asked if I can hold on for a moment I said hello to try and get their attention. I didn’t get an answer and waited for another min or so and pulled up to the drive thru window. I sat there for a while and even called the restaurant, but my call was sent to voicemail. When I gave up and pulled off I noticed there was tow truck drivers outside ordering food. I’m not sure why they didn’t want to attend me, I’ve never been rude or did anything to make them not want to and if I’m being real I doubt they even recognize me from previous visits. I love Alberto’s food just as much as the next person, but this is one location I’d avoid visiting.

I used to be a regular at this location, but I will never go back. I often ordered the #20 shrimp plate and would specify exactly how I wanted my meal. The owner gave me an attitude when I asked for cheese on my beans and he called me a problem, which I found very strange because I’m generally well-liked everywhere else I go. In the past, at Alberto’s restaurant they once added sour cream on my salad, which had never happened before. The owner insisted that this was standard, but I know it wasn’t. Such a small requests turns into a big issue for them, which is baffling. I could understand if it was ranch dressing on my salad but not sour cream. I actually liked this restaurant and recommended it to many people but now all of my people are ready to expose them. The owner claimed they never make any mistakes, which is ridiculous since none of us is perfect and everyone make mistakes. His rude behavior was caught on my camera. My best friend, a celebrity influencer, wanted to expose them on TikTok, but I decided to write this Yelp review instead. The owner should be more careful about causing problems, especially given the power of the internet. He was very unprofessional. And if he is truly the owner he definitely used his power of authority instead of solving a simple problem and lost customers in the process. I am black so I know he did not care about losing me as a customer it was so obvious. As a business owner myself I resolve issues with my clients, not run them away especially if they are regulars. I had to read Alberto’s restaurant 1 & 2 star reviews on google & yelp, they are true. I wish I would’ve read the low reviews prior.
