We go there 3/4 times a month and it’s usually ok. Today,when we got our food,we found hair in our fries! As I walked up to get refund for my meal,I noticed that NONE of the employees were wearing any kind of hair nets or caps. I DEFINITELY will be reporting this to the Board of Health. NASTY!! I ordered on the app. My pick up time was 5:38pm. I did not receive my meal until after 6:08 with no other explanation then ‘We are busy’. My food was not cooked to my order. The app did not provide updates and no emails were received explaining why the 30 minute delay.

We ordered our usual….a large chicken teriyaki with onions mushrooms and banana peppers to be split. What we received had less filling than I usually get on a small. Additionally it was as bland as could be. It was as if they hadn’t used teriyaki. It was so bad it prompted me to do my first online review. I will never go back to this location. $20 wasted.

First penn station I’ve went to that was different then my usual. The place was super clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My food was made right. It was made fresh. And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.
