We ordered the chips, a Bowl with carne asada, and the burrito with carne asada, both without sour cream. The quality of the food was excellent, the bowl was big and filling and the burrito had a very fresh homemade tortilla that was crispy and soft. The chips were thick and the salsa bar was good! Red, green, pico, and some pickled jalapeños.
Tacos Esteban’s sits on a beautiful river.
Amy treated us amazingly, the service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was beautiful!
Highly recommend!

Food was made rather quick. We had Quesdillas, Tacos Al pastor, Pollo, and just beef. Kids loved it even my picky child. We ordered chips and salsa also. Salsa needs work but chips were fresh and good. Beans and rice were average but we ate every bite. Of the few places we did eat at in town this was our favorite by far. We waited maybe 10 minutes to ear vs more than 20 at others. It was pricey spent over $100 for just 4 people this time. Still best place to eat in my opinion.

Like the atmosphere, clean and nice view of the river. Love the seasoning of the Tacos al Pastor and the Green Salsa was good. My kids enjoyed the loaded fries. Only thing they didn’t have Horchata but everything else was good and great customer service.

We were looking for something other than burgers or sandwiches for dinner in Dubois and settled on Mexican. The burritos that we had were simple, just meat and rice but very tasty. The red salas had a kick which I liked. We sat in the patio next to the creek which was quite nice.

If you want the most insanely cooked burritos, quesadillas, tacos, and not to mention Vietnamese iced coffee, you have to check out Tacos Esteban in Dubois. It’s clear that the owners put much love and care in not only the preparation of their dishes, but also create an environment where customers feel completely at home. This place is perfection!!!!!
Also, I have to call out, the breakfast burrito, out of this world amazing. The cheesy eggs , just crispy enough tots , and the tortilla wrap ❤️.

The lady working the counter was very nice and welcoming. The food was kind of mid, not allot of flavor, the corn dish was very wet. The salsa bar was cool but the salsa were not very spicy and the jalapeños did not look fresh.

We had just finished horseback riding in the area and needed a quick bite — we stopped here, and it was perfect! The staff was beyond helpful and friendly — so welcoming and made us feel right at home!! It’s so clean and cute inside! The owner was also so lovely! The food was UNREAL — we’re from Philly, so trust me when I say this was one of the best Mexican spots we’ve ever had! Everything was so fresh and the flavors were absolutely on point. 10/10 recommend! ✨

Very much enjoyed tacos here. Got 3 tacos, all 3 different. All very good. Stopped in after the monsoon during the July 4th parade. The place was packed with a long line nearly out the door. We ordered and sat at the high top area. A stream of people in and out continued but the kitchen kept up and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ll stop in again.

Wow. Unbelievably good Mexican food in the heart of downtown Dubois. The carne and shrimp quesadilla was incredible, right down to the homemade guacamole. Street tacos and specials are equally good. I love the fact that they have Jarritos sodas too.
