The service was amazing but i ordered the boneless wings and I ate 2 of them and felt like they tasted really meaty and had a fatty texture in my mouth and took out the chicken and it was raw. I opened the other pieces to look at them and they were either raw or barely cooked all the way. I rarely order boneless wings but this will be the last

Came in about 10:45 pm they was open till midnight. Employee really listened to my order and food came out very good and hot. Was very pleased. Will come back am very happy got one close by in the area too. It would be nice that on the side building would say Dominos Pizza too.

I get that some times they can get busy or be under staffed. Pulled up to drive-thru and was not acknowledged. Workers walked by the window but tried to not make eye contact. Taped on window, and honked when they walked by and got nothing. Tried calling and waited for 15 minutes for them to answer so we could remind them they had a drive through. We sat at the drive-thru window for 57 minutes till we Finally gave up and went inside now we have cold dinner, fantastic. There are a lot of crappy places to eat in Hazelgreen let it be known that this Domino’s has now made the list. Busy is one thing but customers service is easy, “hey we are really busy, what’s the name one the order, it’s going to be another 15 minutes, we will have it right out to you.” 2 min interaction could of helped considerably.

I have ordered pizzas from this location several times. It never fails that when I order a sausage pizza there might be one piece of sausage on each slice. I have even ordered extra sausage and it is absolutely no different. We will definitely be making the longer drive to the other location where this is never an issue.

I go here pretty often, and I still will, but just know that they do not accept gift cards. They made me wait over an hour longer than what they originally said, and then when I went to pay they told me they don’t do gift cards unless it’s a dominoes only. So if you get a visa gift card for Christmas do not go here.
Also the cashier was pretty slow and acted like she’s never seen a register before. Idk if she was new or what but it didn’t make it any better.

It’s not that our order took 2 hours, I understand business can be chaotic at times. My frustrations occurred when I called this store directly, twice, after an hour & a half, and was never able to speak with a manager, or any live person. After being on hold & listening to Dominoes adds for a total of 10 minutes, I decided to drive to the store to get reimbursed for the order I never received. The employee I spoke had no idea what I was talking about when I referenced my order. I was first told they didn’t have an order for me & had to show the email confirmation of my order. At this point, my wife called & said our order had just arrived. After explaining what was happening 3 times, including that our order had just arrived at my house while I was in the store, the employee at the counter offered to cancel the order. I am in no way frustrated with the hard working employees at this store, this frustration lies with management, of which there was no presence at any time during these issues.

Got 2 specialty pizzas tonight. Worst pizzas I’ve ever had from them! 5 olives on entire pizza, 3 green peppers on entire pizza, no sauce and I asked for extra,, no onions. I’ll never go back!! I’ve gave them many chances to better their quality!

40.00 for pizza that was full of bubbles to which 3 slices had nothing, no sauce no cheese no toppings. Really? It’s like hey we are offering a deal let’s just give them the bare minimum. I get it short staffed busy whatever but come on. It’s not hard to slow down and do the job, customers are already waiting a long period of time for food from this location. It’s not hard, I know this. Or either retrain where it’s required and that’s on perforation of the dough.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. They said 14-29 minutes online for delivery and an hour later still no pizza. Now my wife has driven to the store because she was on hold for over 30 minutes, and still being ignored after an hour and a half now. Never spending another penny with this place. We’ve only had one good experience here out of about 20 purchases. Horrible business!
