Got all our order modifications right. Gave us an extra nacho fry. The place was empty so we sat where we liked. Our order was ready pretty much right away. Bathrooms were clean. Will stop there again.

Ordered through the drive-thru 5 items and a drink. After an extended moment of silence from the speaker, I had to repeat the entire order. Then I had to correct 3 items, and repeat the other two after being given the incorrect total repeatedly. Spent 5 minutes in line before the truck in front of me sped off angrily. Waited 20 more minutes on my order after, again, repeating and correcting the items at the window. Finally received the order and the first two items ordered were missing, and the Baja Blast tasted spoiled and alcoholic. Charged full price and only received 2/3 of the product.

This is plain unacceptable. There is no reason anyone should go to this location. The employees can’t perform the essential basic functions of their jobs and it is clear that it isn’t a one off bad experience but the lowly status quo shown in the reviews of a location that needs to be vacant.

When I went into the store initially I was disappointed nobody was there to wait on me. I saw two young girls working their tails off in the back trying to satisfy all the customers driving through and coming in. Then I noticed the electronic kiosks and use those. Got my food pretty quick.

Decorated quite nicely. Yes the food was a tad slow, but can slim was only two people satisfying all the customers going through I was really impressed.

Management definitely needs to hire more people to help these two out. If they quit they’d probably have to shut the doors. They are lucky to have these two hard-working girls nowadays okay.

Not many places to order from here in Fort Stockton. Taco Bell is one of those places that normally has good food. However, not this time. After ordering and sitting at the window I received my food quickly. Being right next to the hotel I assumed the food would have been fresh. Not even close. It was edible but tacos soggy and food cold. I’d expect a little more but getting the food right when you pay its either freash or old. Maybe next time it will be better.

I stopped at the Taco Bell in Fort Stockton while driving through West Texas and placed my order online about 20 minutes before arriving. When I got there, my order was not ready, and the staff said they would “get started on it.”

Roughly 20 minutes later, they asked what I was waiting for, and when I said my online order, they initially told me there was no record of it. Only after I showed proof on my phone did they locate it. Another 40 minutes went by with no update, and when I asked again, I was told that “other people were ahead of me.”

During that time, I watched several customers walk in, place their orders at the counter or kiosk, and receive their food well before me. Multiple drive-thru customers were also served ahead of my order. Despite this, the employees showed no sense of urgency or concern. Their responses were dismissive and unhelpful.

In total, I was seated in the dining area for two and a half hours before finally receiving my food. There appeared to be only three employees working — one aimlessly sweeping while the others worked slowly and without coordination.

This was one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The staff seemed indifferent, the process was entirely disorganized, and there was no accountability for the delay. I hope management takes a serious look at the training and leadership at this location — no customer should ever wait over two hours for a simple online order.

I ordered two menu items through the drive through. I was asked to pull to the side to wait for my order. Once I received my order. The chalupas were chicken and not ground beef as ordered the shells on the pizzza were soggy and not eatable. The customer service was sub par through the entire transaction.

I was wondering how a Taco Bell could have a 2.3 rating. Now I know, they earned it with their food. The restaurant was clean and normal looking with a nice friendly staff but it was the worst food I have ever gotten at a Taco Bell. Both of our mexican pizzas had stale hard tostadas that had no crispness and could hardly be cut through while at the same time being so soggy you couldn’t pick it up. It was mostly beans with sauce and not much else. The tacos also had stale dorito loco shells. By far the worst taco bell food we have ever had. It was take out but we were only staying one block away so should have been hot and fresh instead of cold and stale.

Took a long time to get our food, had items missing, and the people who had ordered before us had already been waiting there for 30 min and they were the only other people in the store besides us. They also had 4-5 employees working and it looked like they were just talking and doing nothing. Definitely don’t recommend

On a road trip and I stopped to get a burrito and a cheese quesadilla….. Absolute shame on the crew! Beans were dried out and were chalky similar to that of dog food. Definitely will never be stopping there again.
