We have reported serious heath concers in this resturant as I stated to get food poisoning continuously eating different meals here at Roy thai Mellieha and the last 2 months the hygiene and pests are shocking the food in the kitchen which has no dates on or lid to cover, it was full of flies and standing all day I starting to take some pictures and warn customers before we quit do not eat here the chicken which they take out of the freezer they microwave it and think its okay to put it straight in the soup for curries which I didnt know and where me and partner got extremely sick.

Food was okay. The was spicy and salty. It would been a bit better if they have pepper on the side for you to add to your liking and if they would add more cucumber to the dish. If you’re around the area and want some quick food this will be okay if you can’t wait for food and you don’t want to WOLT or BOLT any food.

Simply one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The Thai green curry was exceptional. Very generous portion sizes, bursting with flavours, it was a delight. Lovely cosy little restaurant, we were made comfortable outside with an outdoor heater, the waitress was very friendly and helpful and the food arrived quickly. If you’re in the area don’t hesitate to check out this lovely little Thai restaurant.

Fantastic little place, family run and they are so friendly! If you love Thai food then go there, they are also more than happy to make dishes that are not on the menu! I asked the chef for a jungle curry and just asked to make it with complete freedom (how chef would like it) and the only requirement was for it to be “Thai hot” and not tourist “hot”. It was delightful, all fresh exactly what I was after heat wise. I liked it so much so I went there twice on my 3 day stay! If you love Thai food then this little place is a must, outstanding service, very reasonable prices, a beer is only 2.50 and although I went completely out of season and it was very quiet in the resort they stayed open later for us and joined us in conversation when they could of just closed up and gone home lol.

Great value for money! Mains come with rice and prawn crackers at just €13.50, and the wine is very reasonably priced at from €12.50 a bottle. The menu is easy to navigate, especially for dietary needs like gluten-free and dairy-free options. Service was friendly and efficient, and they even surprised us with a small cake. Highly recommend!

Delicious food. Great staff very attentive. Will definitely recommend. But price is bit high. As a frequent traveler the same amount of food you can pay like half a price in St Julian. Not sure what makes it so expensive being in the north side of Malta.

A nice little visit. Tasty food. Table Service was a bit slow from what appears to be telephone order coming in. Bolt Delivery driver knocked the chair over next to our table with his big bag. had to be opened because the kitchen extractor fan was not working so the door had to be left open. Not comfortable for a cold February, but I’m sure in summer and warmer temperatures outside would be a better option. Still 5 stars for the food.

Delicious Thai cuisine, Tom Yum is excellent, and other dishes are also well prepared and tasty. The place is very popular, as it is full of visitors every evening. Once you come here, you will definitely want to come back. Ideal price/quality ratio.
