I popped in approx 11am(drive through) they did not answer. I drove around to the window. I ask the lady are they open. She said you see me standing here right… Now I’m not one to mix words… the entire service was horrible and uncalled for. It’s a shame that one person could blemish my entire experience for this store. By the way the food was fresh and good. But I will never return again.

The store is spotless, very clean, and well-organized. Plus, the decor is beautiful and welcoming. The service Toricelle was excellent, with a very polite and attentive staff member who was always ready to help. It was a great experience—I highly recommend it!

Order wrong from the drive through… I had to go inside no apology or understanding of my time. Still waited at least 5 minutes for the correct burger. Then no care about the rest of my food now being cold! Terrible!

False advertising. No Spongebob toys, no kids meal, no Bikini Bottom Bundle available. Even though it’s all over the windows and menus. My kids wanted toys with their kid’s meal and they had NOTHING. They were looking forward to SpongeBob. Despicable.

With the money I spend here being about 30$+ dollars because of the economy, I would assume with an entree there would be at least two sauces. I went into the store with my siblings and of course I go here often. I bought four meals two being kids meals and asked nicely for two sauces for entrée so that we could all have enough, the blonde older lady behind the counter refused to give me sauces and insisted I pay for them. I asked her if any of my meals which had all entrées in them would get sauces and she again said no, and that I would have to pay for them. I politely said OK and left the store, but it is very unfortunate that with the amount of times I come and have become a loyal and frequent customer that she would sit here and refuse any sauces to me and especially in front of my little siblings who are less than nine years old. I’m super disappointed as I have come to love this location and she had definitely ruined it for me , and yes , over sauce .

If I could give this place no stars I would. 30 minutes wait time for an order that was placed online an hour before pick up time @1:20 pm. The staff act as if they don’t speak or understand English. New Signature Strawberry lemonade watered down completely, not even the small taste of. Staff was unreasonably rude. Staff also laughed in my face when I told them that a 30 minute wait for an online order is unacceptable. I was wondering why I hadn’t been back to that exact location, and now I remember why. I thought because time had passed that it wouldn’t be a negative experience again. Fooled me again. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. Everything sucked.

This Burger King is terrible. The people working don’t care about anything nobody seems to care. I placed my order the young lady taking my order repeated it back to me it was correct. My receipt has my order correct. The little print out paper the person preparing the food has my order correct, but some how the individual preparing my sandwich either can’t read or really doesn’t give a flip about paying customers. They made the sandwich wrong. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I wish I could give 0 stars!!!@

I try to get the DraGon meal. The service say it’s separate. Everyone else call it’s the meal I only got a burger and a drink and fries. I want the whole thing the burger and the lemonade and the mozzarella sticks and the ice cream the service only get me a burger and drink and a fries. You see the arrow that’s I got I want the whole thing. And I am on my mom working phone.
