I go here once in awhile to get a blizzard… yesterday I saw they had advertised for February the Valentines Day cup cakes 2-$6. So I ordered two. They gave me cupcakes with a glob of purple icing and HALLOWEEN sprinkles… so I politely asked if I could get the Valentines themed ones AS ADVERTISED. The gave me back the cupcakes with a glob of pink icing and red and blue forth of July sprinkles…nothing like how I’ve seen them advertised. Idk why it was so hard to accomplish neatly putting icing and some heart sprinkles. Especially when I was being polite.

WARNING!!! Large Blizzards are NOT stirred all the way to the bottom. I called and spoke with a “manager”. She was VERY rude! When I told her about our Blizzards being 1/2 Vanilla, she said that their mixing blade doesn’t reach the bottom of the cup. I suggested that they let people know to stir their Blizzards, she said, “If we did that people wouldn’t buy the large Blizzards.” I told her that I was going to post a Google review. She said that she didn’t care and that what I said wouldn’t matter. After that comment I told her that I would be calling Corporate. She laughed and said that Corporate wouldn’t do anything.
I called Corporate. The Woman I spoke with was shocked by the “manager’s” behavior and comments. She assured me that Corporate will be contacting this Dairy Queen.

7/2022 Update: now $7 meal still a decent price. Ice cream is going downhill though. I got a hot fudge sundae and it was just barely warmed clumpy chocolate all on one side of the ice cream…definitely not getting that again.
5 buck meal is great! Sandwich, fries, a drink and dessert. Hard to beat!

Parking lot is a sheet of ice. Walk inside door and it so icy people almost fell. Ordered blizzards and they weren’t even completely full.

So I visit this store about 5 times a year. Most times I pay and leave extra money with the cashier for a person who is short on change. Just a courtesy. I went yesterday and was short 9 cents. I asked the cashier if she would allow me to be short. She said no. Really? 9 cents? I even explained the above to the girl. Management: you should allow repeat known customers who give you extra money to be a few pennies short every once in a while. Poor Service

We redeemed an offer for an $0.85 blizzard in the app and it gave us a code to show to the team member to get our discount. When we showed them the code they got very confused and told us that they had no way to enter the code even though I had just been through earlier in the day with another offer that worked. It did seem like this was an issue that corporate needed to correct, but the service we received from this location was awful. They made it seem like it was my fault that it wasn’t working and they did not offer to honor the discount. Instead they gave me just $0.50 off instead of the $4 discount I expected. It is frustrating because I would not have come to DQ for a full priced blizzard.

My wife and I stopped at the drive thru for a quick lunch. We were both completely blown away by the quality and freshness of the burgers and fries. 100% better than anywhere else in town and we are locals. It really might be the best burger I’ve ever had. So totally surprised but we will definitely be back.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered a confetti cake blizzard and told the employee my girlfriend had a severe peanut allergy, they said it would be handled properly. The FIRST BITE my girlfriend took had a peanut it, causing us to have to pull over, call an ambulance and spend the night in the ER.
