When is asked them for teriyaki sauce in the bag I meant the packets, not to literally pour it in the bag and not give me any sauce packets… the bag was upright and not tilted the entire way to the office. Why does this happen so often?

I like panda express but the broccoli has been undercooked a lot lately in the broccoli beef. It’s supposed to be a lot softer than it is and then the last two times I’ve gotten the cream cheese Rangoon I’ve gotten one of the Rangoon’s empty. There’s nothing in it. It’s just the hard shell and I don’t see it until I get home. Otherwise, I have no complaints orange chicken’s great fried rice taste amazing but the cream cheese, Rangoon, and the broccoli beef could use some work.

This was my first time eating at a Panda Express. I got a plate with pepper chicken, beef with broccoli, and steamed white rice. I ordered two cheese rangoons and was given six. The food was okay, but the tables, etc. were dirty.

Service as always at this location was immaculate. However, we ordered a large and small orange chicken and I have to say the small size was just disappointing. Also, the chicken itself had zero crunch to it. This made the taste quite unpleasant.

Like any other Panda Express however lovely friendly staff who are quick and speedy. They get you through the line without being rude, which I admire. I am a tad upset that there wasn’t any Teriyaki Chicken available when I visited, but nobody is to blame and I rather not complain over spilt milk. Otherwise a great place for some quick chow!

Never been to a Panda Express. Wife wanted to try it so we went through the drive thru at approximately 2:00pm. Took less than 5 minutes to order and get our food. Got the family meal with fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, Beijing beef, and black pepper Angus steak. Everything was good but the Angus steak was excellent. I like the way it is packaged also. The young man that took our order was upbeat and polite. He apologized for the wait even though the line moved nicely. Would definitely go back again.

Ordered online & it said it would be ready in 10-15 mins. Got there a little after and my order wasn’t ready. Cool okay I can wait. No it took an extra 25 minutes for my order. At this point, there weren’t customers in line or anything like that, so kind of weird. The food wasn’t even good, so it was a waste of my time.

Three items ordered by drive thru. One correct, one wrong, and one not there. After notification to store by phone without any problems, I went back to get my items. When picking up the corrected items going back thru drive up, the employee at the window handed me a bag without a word and a death stare without any apologies for the wrong items or me having to return to get them.
