Last night, I visited your store’s drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience.
First, I had to repeat my orders several times. I ordered three meals totaling $39.00 and requested one root beer and two Cokes. Once the cashier got it, I pulled around to the window and paid. I was given the drinks and asked to pull forward so the food would be hot, despite there being no cars behind me.
While waiting, I tasted both Cokes and discovered they were diet. I waited approximately 15 minutes before an employee brought my food to my car. I informed him that the drinks were incorrect, and he returned inside to remake them. While waiting, I checked the fries and found they were cold.
I then exited my vehicle and went inside the store. I explained to the cashier that the fries were cold, despite being told to pull forward so they would be hot. The drinks were remade again, but they still tasted like diet. The fries were remade, but the staff showed little enthusiasm or concern.
I asked to speak with a manager. A man approached me and I asked if he was the manager. His tone was very low and difficult to hear. I informed him that the fountain drink machine was not working properly and needed to be checked. He responded “okay” and walked away toward the back of the store without checking the machine while I waited. There was a guy watching a game on his cell phone and no customers in the store. Now I see why.
When I returned home, I discovered the sandwiches were old and stale. Neither the chicken sandwich nor the brisket appeared fresh. Due to the poor quality, I threw the food away. I attempted to call the store afterward, but the phone rang without being answered.
This experience was unacceptable, especially given the amount spent. I am extremely disappointed with the service, food quality, and lack of management response, and I expect this matter to be addressed.

Kendra was very rude! She told me that I couldn’t use my coupon since I didn’t make her aware at the speaker. She even mumbled “what the hell”. I asked her what’s the problem? Very rude and food was not fresh. Customer service does not exist at this Arby’s. I will never visit this Arby’s again

My boys and I were passing through on our way home to Mississippi when we dropped in to eat. The lady immediately helped us with the menu favorites and the guys helped make sure our food was perfectly made…(my teens are picky). I’m sad that I will probably never see these employees again since we are out of town but if you are local please stop in and tell them how much we appreciated their kindness. God bless each one of them!

Vestavia Hills Location (9-12-25). I was attempting to use the app but it stated their was a problem and to try again later. I showed the working whom had no problem with ringing me up in the store. This is excellent customer service. He did not make an issue of me having to use the coupon on-line. ✌️✌️✌️

I stopped by to grab a roast beef for lunch to go. The drive thru experience was good. Got home to eat in 10 minutes. I ordered a #1.
When I got home, I found the meat and fries were cold. The fries had no taste. The sandwich was ok, but cold.

Bad attitude at the drive thru. He was complaining that he didn’t want to be there. Ordered beef and cheddar. Got a dollop of cheddar with no red sauce. Apparently whoever made the sandwiches had a bad attitude too!
This place has not improved. Ordered the Brisket sandwich and potato cakes. The brisket was old and nearly inedible… tough is an understatement! Last chance Arby’s. I used to love this place.

I have an Arby’s closer to me but I make the trip to this one as the people are super friendly and the food is Way better than other Arby’s around the area. It’s extremely clean and the service is great!

Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes before close, but I ordered the 2 for $6, beef and cheddar and mac and cheese. Didn’t think I needed to check the order but I guess I should have. The photo shows how little mac and cheese I received. Less than 1/4 of the cup. No excuse.

I thought my experience at another Arby’s restaurant was my worst but I believe this one is even worser. I had to wait in order to place my order when the order taker came up I noticed he was walking around rolling his eyes for some reason. I ordered a medium sized roast beef sandwich, an order of potato cakes seeing that they were back and a small drink. The sandwich was more like roast beef jerky. The meat was very dry and had a bad spongy appearance to it. I tried the bread thinking it would be better but the bread had a bitter taste to it. The potato cakes looked horrible they look more like pieces of building material than food. When I bit into one of them it looked very much like it had been freezer burned. The Coca-Cola drink tasted very badly like the water filter was probably very dirty or maybe there wasn’t even one present. I was unable to complete the meal despite using Arby’s sauce which really did not improve the taste at all. I went to use the restroom and it had a smell that was much like skunk urine. As I am writing this about 15 minutes later I still have a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. I’m very very disappointed, I have been eating at Arby’s since 1965 and this is nothing like what I remember. I am not certain that I will return to this location even though I work about a mile from here.
