Not my first Waffle House, however, absolutely my favorite. The team they have there is amazing, my server was Darren, such a delight. Darren, brought our coffee and food very fast, and refilled our cups quickly. The food came in hot, and very delicious. Overall, I had a great experience at this location. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms.

Food was fine, service was terrible.
Got a coffee, got no refills, despite finishing it really early before food came out.
Waffle came out first.
All-star special came out after.
We got an extra order of toast at the table, so just assuming some other table was missing theirs.
Ordered side of country gravy, didn’t get it, but also didn’t see it on receipt, so at least I didn’t pay for something I ordered, but didn’t receive.
Other people that sat down after us, got their food before us.
I’ll know now, to travel further, to a different Waffle House. I ate at the one on 51 at McMullen Creek less than 24 hrs ago and had a lot better experience.
We had no wait time, because we came in before the rush of people came in. Plenty of other people that waited a long time for a booth to open up after being cleaned.
Hope their experience was better.

Walk into the Waffle House and was not greeted with the routine “Welcome to Waffle House”. Granted they were somewhat busy. All empty spaces have dirty dishes. So we sit up at the bar. Cheryl the cook called out “who has the bar?” Nova looks up and continues “working”. Now Cheryl takes our order, is cooking, is cleaning. Nova still did not acknowledge us. Cheryl serves us our food and coffee and is super sweet. We eat our food and out ticket was handed to us by another young lady wearing a pink hat. She walks to quick for me to catch her name. When I see Novas name on the ticket I was surprised. Sitting here a little longer. Still did not get acknowledged by Nova. Needless to say Nova did not get a tip from us.

First experience with Waffle House and it was amazing!! I hope the hospitality is indicative of all locations! Server was welcoming, polite and went above and beyond to fix inaccurate order. Other customers were friendly and interactive, just what we needed after a long day on the road.

Waffle House gets a bump rap most of the time. My experience at this location is always good. Our server was attentive, pleasant, and service was quick. We ripped her well
Our food was delicious. I wish the grits weren’t so runny. If that’s the consistency they want them to be, they should be served in a bowl, not on your plate where they run over everything. In their defense, the grits are DELICIOUS! Hats-off to the Westinghouse Boulevard Waffle House location.

Sercerl was a sleep in a booth when I entered. Cook had to wake her. When I tried to find a booth they were ALL dirty. When I asked her to wipe one off she responded with “sit at the bar it isn’t as bad” . I would have normally left but I had to get to work and needed food. So I sat at the bar. When she brought my order to me it was in a Togo container. I told her I wanted to eat here. Her response was “I have to many dirty dishes in the sink,this is all we got”. After our interaction, she returned to her booth with her blanket and went back to sleep. When people would come to get thier online orders, 3 while i was there, she was irritated by them coming and it showed. If I wanted to eat out of a container and not a plate… I would have ordered to go. The service was horrible but the food was good.

The waffle house on Westinghouse Blvd in Charlotte Always gets me right! The cooks Ludwig, big John and waitress Mya and others are some of the most wonderful people I’ve met at this location thus far. The food is always on point! Big John made me a patty melt sandwich with eggs and onions that will make you smack your mama . This will always be my favorite location.
