Ordered 5 burgers 3 of the 5 were made incorrectly. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had here. A customer shouldn’t have to check every sandwich before they leave the drive thru. I will be from now on. On my way home i checked the first order because there is a cheese allergy. Went back had it fixed but should have checked them all I guess.

The poor employees are on top of each other at the grill. It is way too crowded and looks like a fire hazard. The employees do a great job but they are just too crowded. Pals needs to have deal options and make an APP so people can place orders on their phone and just pick it up. It saves time. Cheddar ROUNDS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY!!!

I’m from Indiana but have land in Rogersville so I’m here often. The people here are so friendly to me and my dogs haha. The food is always piping hot and fresh, not to mention delicious! Can’t say enough good things
