When I came into the establishment I was happy or was not crowded. But then it took a turn for the worst, we were racially profiled and isolated to the back of the restaurant. We ordered margaritas and there were bugs in the drinks. We asked for a discount and were told no because they don’t allow discounts or accommodations. Our waitress who claimed to be a manger was very nasty and unsympathetic. My nephew also found a fly in his fried rice. Also ordered medium rare steak and received well done. Also received miso soup instead of clear soup. Worst place ever. Spent over $200 for the most traumatic Valentine’s Day ever!

Love this place !! Best sushi in Bartlett hands down .. the fresh raw sushi is prepared on the spot and delicious!! I ALWAYS get the tuna nigiri and yellow tail hand roll !! Clean flavor and plated nicely.. also you have e to try the fried rice , made to order every time and add the side of garlic butter to make it perfect!!

Excellent Hibachi chefs! Friendly, good with kids and made delicious food. Lost one star because the fountain drinks tasted… weird. Not awful, just off somehow. The location is great and the staff were also very friendly. We will definitely be back!

I stopped by Saito for the first time. While I was reviewing the menu another customer suggested I try the shrimp fried rice. She said it was delicious. So I bought a small container in addition to a noodle steak dish and tempura fried vegetables. Everything was delicious. Everything was seasoned well and made fresh to order. the steak in the noodle dish was so tender. The shrimp was excellent. So this restaurant definitely deserves 5 stars.

I had a terrible experience at Saito’s that I feel compelled to share. From the moment my food arrived, there were fruit flies swarming around my plate. It was impossible to enjoy my meal with bugs constantly landing near and on my food.
When I brought it to the manager’s attention, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Instead of addressing the issue respectfully, he rolled his eyes at me and brought out a paper from the health department—as if that would excuse the unsanitary conditions.
To make matters worse, a fruit fly actually flew into my food and died in it. Completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Cleanliness and customer service are clearly not priorities at Saito’s.

Came here with a friend for sushi and hibachi! When we arrived we were seated promptly and our server came shortly after. The customer service was great throughout the entire meal especially the chef that made our hibachi.
I ordered the chicken hibachi and sooo much comes with it! You get a side salad, soup, rice, veggies, and noodles. I definitely had leftovers! The only thing about the meal was the dry chicken breast. I also order sushi, Cupcake Roll, and it was tasty! I had the Bahama Mama as a drink and the bartender made it very well.
Overall, this meal hit the spot with a ton of leftovers. I will definitely come back!

They charge for everything. If i don’t want vegetables they don’t do double rice. This the first Hibachi restaurant that didnt substitute that & for fried rice it’s another extra charge.

So we have gone here for the past few years and the experience was wonderful. Last night was a train wreck, the heat was not working so it was cold inside, the restrooms had cold water only. Our food was the worst , it was so cold inside our food was cold after it was prepared.
It’s not likely we will return .
