my deep frustration with the inconsistent and excessive pricing at your establishment. On multiple occasions, I’ve been charged different amounts, and today, I was shocked by a $2 fee for using my debit card, as well as a $10 charge for just an extra serving of rice. This is a blatant rip-off and feels unfair to customers. I strongly urge you to address these practices to avoid losing your clientele.

Clean place with a great service. The food is also great and well portioned. I loved the samosas and the sweet chai. Staff is friendly and prompt to serve patrons. I had a breakfast meeting there with a client from Shakopee. We were welcomed warmly. I will return to this place.

I had such a great experience at Rugsan Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. I tried the East African dishes and loved every bite. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and clean. It’s amazing to have a place that serves authentic halal East African and Mediterranean cuisine.
