We were looking for a casual French restaurant and were eager to dine here after reading some good reviews. When we arrived, we were the only table. The service is quite bad. We had a lot of trouble getting someone to attend to us, to take orders, to replenish our drinking water and more. The French onion soup came out with very thick melted mozzarella and it was very chewy. The salmon is good but the couq au vin lacks taste. Apart from the food being mediocre, the service is really bad. The lady taking our order didn’t inform us that the chicken would take a long time to prepare. When the rest of us almost finished our dishes, the chicken was still not served. Really don’t understand as the restaurant was practically empty.

Cote Jardin is a lovely French restaurant and bar in Seoul with great cocktails and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were kind, attentive, and made our visit truly enjoyable.
A perfect spot for relaxing drinks and friendly service.

I think in this restaurant, you can have a meal in a good mood. I visited with my friends for dinner. The atmosphere was very romantic and plates were quite good. We were very satisfied with staffs’ service and the prices were reasonable. Everything was so nice

Not sure how authentic the food is, but the beef Bourguignon is good. The truffle ravioli is good and we got the salmon salad which was also just good. I love the aesthetics of the restaurant. It feels very french and is a fun place to take photos. Service is a bit slow, it took time for someone to come to our table. Overall, the food is decent and service is just okay.

I’m not a foodie expert but I never knew French cuisine has pasta and lasagna!! Their menu barely has anything French I ordered cod fish and it was dry like hell, over cooked and tasteless! They served bread which was cold though we asked them to heat it for us! It’s definitely over priced and not worth the money! It was my friend’s birthday so they gave us free dessert which again wasn’t French I guess!
The staff were kind but the service wasn’t good! We also order coffee which they brought without a tray and one of the staff spilled it on the table
Never again

It was a dog-friendly Itaewon restaurant, so I brought my dog for take a brunch. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I noticed the fountain on the terrace! I loved the overall atmosphere of the restaurant, which made me feel like I was in France! I thought it would be expensive, but it was nice to enjoy delicious French home-style food at a reasonable price.

It was a truly disappointing experience. I and my friend waited for like over than 1 hr for the food served as the waitress got the order wrong even if i double checked the order and she didn’t say any kind of “Sorry”. Even if she can’t speak Korean or Eng, I think it would be better to ask her collegues how to say Sorry in eng or kor, not just ignoring us. When we leave the restaurant we finally got to hear the word of “sorry” from the other waitress but we’ve already wasted time and money for bad service and poor quality of food.
plus the food was very cold. i would not pay $50 for those food.
