The restaurant itself is very nice. It’s clean and has high chairs and outside seating available. The food is very underwhelming. The burgers have a good flavor but are overcooked. The crinkle-cut fries were middle of the road, and the dipping sauce (Milo’s) is just a glorified BBQ sauce. The chicken tenders are good, but for the money, I think you can do better. The tea is, of course, delicious.

Excellent experience. I’m new to the area; some friends recommend I check out Milo’s. I ordered, but as I was driving to the pickup window I noticed the burger with Milo’s sauce, which I remembered hearing they were famous for. I tried to change my order before they started prepping my meal, but the cooks were on it already. Despite my screw up, the order-taker lady and manager Kate were incredibly kind and accommodating to help fix my order. They were both so sweet and made the experience a great one! Additionally, the burgers and fries were fresh and yummy. Will absolutely be back!

Hi, I just want to say how great the Cullman, Alabama location is doing. My son and I love to go there and get the grilled chicken. The staff know who we are and what our order is. The staff are always so nice. I also love the extra crispy crinkle fires.

Came by at 850 to get 3 teas. And they had already closed the drive thru and when we pulled to the window to get our drinks and she acted like we were a entire problem all we wanted was tea…. no food…..I could have understood if it was food right at closing

Man I wish Milos would come just a crumb further up to North West Alabama!

These burgers are always so gosh darn good. The sweet tea is heavenly and the service was fantastic.

We also tried the burger loaded fries this time and they were sublime!

Stopped by on a trip. Mediocre fast food. Fries were good. burger was all bun, meat was way overcooked, and didn’t really have any flavor. It was relatively quick, and the tea is ok. Overall overpriced for the sad burger you get.
