Ordered online. Waited 10 mins after the pick up time. Literally only ordered 2 drinks and a large cheese tot with extra cheese. The amount I got was pathetic and the tots were barely lukewarm and tasted stale.

Went to sonic drive-through DoorDash, and hungry ask for a junior double cheeseburger when I say the patties was so dry and the bun was so hard. I couldn’t believe that they served me something like that. He refunded my money, but that’s not the point I look through the window to return my food and they sit down, relaxing, serving terrible food. I came through there before food was great. I thought I would get the same experience not tonight.

Sonic is a good place to grab a bite. This particular location was not too bad. There were three things wrong. One it took longer than 15 minutes for me to get my food. Two this place was not packed because lunch rush was way over. Three the onion rings were burned and super hard. I could not finish them. Other than that the burger was fresh and the Mozzarella sticks were decent. All in all it was ok.

I will say tonight the burgers had great flavor. The young person that helped us with the mobile order was very polite. Hopefully that person was the manager or a manager. But I appreciate “your” service! Usually the employees here look like they just woke up! Beside catlin we love her! She is amazing!

Drive up push the button, wait 5 minutes and nothing. Push the button again and it was answered this time. We gave our order and sat there for a long time. I looked at the clock and it was 3:17pm. We waited another 20 min, because the parking lot was pretty full and we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing. Pushed the button again and it was never answered. We left, drove to the Mexia Sonic and got our food 20 mins less than the time we wasted at the Groesbeck loction.
