I purchased two spicy chicken sandwiches, two large fried items, two 8-piece chicken nuggets, and one double cheeseburger with no pickles. When I opened the bag, one chicken sandwich was missing. The next day, I went back because my daughter wanted some nuggets with fries. I mentioned it to the lady at the window and even showed her the receipt; the African American lady argued with me over a sandwich that I paid for. Finally, she told me to park my car and she would bring the food to me. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, but she never came out. Why would I claim something I didn’t pay for? The worst thing about it is that I always buy food for my kids there. That’s not the first time this has happened, but I usually let it go. That was unprofessional. There is something called ‘make it right’; she has no customer service skills. She needs to learn how to make it right for customers.

Placed an order on BK App 01/12. The delivery company the BK app used that particular night was terrible. I had to contact the actual location of where I placed the order in Burlington Middlesex TNPK. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kathy. Kathy and her manager went above and beyond their duties to help me. The time and effort they put into helping me surpassed my expectations!! The hospitality environment could benefit tremendously from more individual like Kathy and her Manager. Please forgive me I never I got the managers name. As for the BK app, if you ever find yourself in a bind don’t bother with them they are useless, especially the employee Jessica who wouldn’t bother to hear me out and further investigate my claim.

Ate October 14th at 6:30pm. The lead person behind the counter was possibly the kindest and friendliest person I have ever spoken to at a fast service restaurant. I will be honest I wasn’t going to write a review at all – the food is just fine, the order came quickly exactly as ordered, but there was something more. The staff went above and beyond. That deserves to be recognized !

I went to this restaurant to have a quick meal and had an extremely unpleasant experience with the service. A woman who appeared to be the manager (I don’t remember her name exactly, something like “Yelena”) was rude from the beginning, showing a hostile and disrespectful attitude. When handing me the cup and the order receipt, she simply threw the items on the counter, ignoring my outstretched hand.
Because of the embarrassment, I decided to eat in my car. About 10 minutes later, I returned only to throw away the trash and refill my drink. When I came back in, I was confronted by the same woman, who started yelling at me in front of other customers, saying I was not allowed to get more soda because I had left the restaurant.
This is not the first time this has happened with the same employee. It’s disappointing to see such poor treatment of customers. Zero stars for the service.

Devastated about the apple pie change. It is currently an apple turnover and I’m giving it a 2/10. The crunch from the outside was good but unfortunately the actual apple pie slice is 10000 times better. Please change it back.

Can’t go wrong for delicious burgers and fries. Soft serve ice cream has been available every time we go (not broken like some other places).
