Many years ago I worked at a Wendy’s and know the food can be really good. I hadn’t been to a Wendy’s in Woodbridge for a number of years due to the poor quality of food I always had received, but tried again to see if it had improved.
I arrived on a Wednesday at about 11:45am. There was nobody in line and I walked up to the register and there was no one standing there. After about a minute an older lady came to the register and just stood and starred at me without saying a word, which is a rude way to greet a customer. I gave her my order told her it was dine in, but she didn’t really listen to me and put the food a bag anyway.
I had a single cheeseburger, fries, and frosty combo. The fries tasted a little better than they looked. The cheeseburger was average for what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant but the patty was dried out and the bun was cold. The frosty was the highlight and is very good, but I don’t expect to go there again any time soon unless I want a frosty.

Usually I have a pretty good experience at this Wendy’s, but tonight was very disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal with a Coke and an Asiago chicken sandwich. The employee taking the order was moody and rude. When I received my food, the sandwich was missing—possibly a misunderstanding—so I let it go.
Unfortunately, when my wife started eating her meal, the issues continued. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard, like they had been sitting too long. The fries were only room temperature and appeared to be overcooked. On top of that, the Coke had no syrup and tasted like carbonated water. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.

Staff lead came to counter eating and chewing, no acknowledgement. Ordered my food and the fries were hot but the meat on the burgers were hard and cold. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets but they gave me regular nuggets. Wasn’t a good deal or experience for me.

2 stars because my order was incorrect definitely not the first time. After waiting a open unattended window. You could hear the lady yelling in spanish what goes on the burger. And it was still wrong. Jr burger doesn’t have cheese on. I can hardly scrape it off. The Wendy’s on Jefferson Davis it is a HARD NO. This store is becoming quite bothersome over small things. It’s easier to leave a review than to ask for it to remake and they begrudgingly do it.

Tried to order a biggie bag for my son, was told it was 7.70. Tried to explain that I just wanted the 5$ meal and he said the total after everything was still 7.70. Ordered the bacon Jr stack because IT WAS ON THE MENU UNDER THE BIGGIE BAG DEAL and he proceeds to get my drink and order size. Get to the window and handed a bag with only a burger. Another worker a hispanic man asks me what im waiting for and I tell him the drink and he says the burger doesn’t come with the drink and that I only ordered the burger. Why did you ask me what drink I wanted and what sauce for my nuggets ? Ended up driving away because no point in arguing with incompetency on somwthing as fragile as putting an order in.This is not the first time ive had an issue with an order getting taken wrong at this particular location. Wouldnt recommend as it seems the kids are more interested in conversing than making sure the order is taken right.

I pulled into the drive thru and instead of being greeted, the worker on the intercom immediately said “what’s your order”. There was no Welcome to Wendy’s may I take your order or anything. Glad I had mobile order.
