I love the fact that I can chose whether I want my chicken well done or not. I did chi r well done and the young lady served them pinkish. I was nice ab it and took them back to explain that I selected well done.. The manager, she was upset ab me coming back (I went to the parking lot and looked inside the box and came straight back inside). She was very bitter towards me. Anyway, the issue was resolved. I think the manager should know that when a customer comes back to have their order corrected or is issued a refund, the customer should not be labeled the bad guy here, it was ridiculous. Other than that, I like it here.

I ordered a NY style crust 6-cut pizza with bacon and mushrooms for $17. There was barely any sauce or cheese and the very little bits of bacon were just lumps of disgusting fat. I am extremely disappointed and will probably never order from Papa John’s again.

This evening I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni onions and sausage for carry out via the app. When I got home and opened my pizza box what I found was a regular crust pizza with only sausage, which is incredibly frustrating considering that I paid extra for the other toppings that I never received.
I’ve gotten pizza from this place a few times and I’ve never had any problems so I was quite disappointed this time. From now on, I will have to check everything before I leave because unfortunately I cannot trust the staff to do their job correctly.

Just order garlic parm wings asked for them to be cooked well. I always get well, a lot of people do. Opened the box and they are burnt. I called because I didn’t want to leave a bad review. I spoke with two people the second person stated “well we run them thru the oven twice” and proceeded to go back and forth on why they are burnt. Even stated she came from the Duquesne store and that’s how they make them there. I have never gotten black wings from Duquesne. I really didn’t want to do this. But they didn’t seem to care to fix it. They just wanted to go back and forth. Idk. Anyways. Here are the wings. Judge for yourself. Maybe I’m wrong who know. Wish they would have at least said. “Hey I’m sorry let’s swap them out “ that would of done just fine.

I got my food delivered to me within half an hour of placing my order. It was fresh and delicious, the best Papa John’s pizza I’ve had in a long time. The driver was nice, and so were the people who answered the phone to take the update to my order. They were very polite. I would definitely recommend this Papa John’s to family and friends!!

I’ve ordered online from this place 3 times and let me tell you all….they are FAST and FRESH! We are a family of 5, and I always order pick up, never delivery.
I was a bit skeptical cause of the location, but WOW! I was wrong!
I like getting text updates about my order, and online ordering is pretty easy. Management is OUTSTANDING.
