Don’t bother waiting in the drive through if you see 3+ cars waiting. You’ll be waiting 45 minutes for “fast” food. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told to pull up to the waiting spot because I guess they didn’t have 4 nuggets ready. So why would the m nuggets be like warm and stale when I got them?

Every employee I’ve encountered here is really pleasant and they always get my orders correct, but this is one of the slowest McDonald’s locations I’ve ever frequented. Lol maybe the food is so good because they’re slow-cooking everything?? ♀️ Who knows. With a little faster service time, though, this would be a 5-star review.

Service is curt and unfriendly. Not only did they not include cups, napkins, or sauce, nobody is at the front desk to ask for it. When I was able to get somebody’s attention, She was so abrupt and slammed my items in the counter. No “thank you” or anything. The expected customer service at McDonald’s overall has gone down the drain in recent years. Although most of my recent visits to any location have been subpar- this stands out as even worse than usual.

I had the worst experience coming here. I had ordered an English mc muffin & literally only got the English muffin by itself & they thought it was funny to put a plastic fork & butter knife as if I had ordered something to use them with. The worst costumer service I ever had. The woman who handed me my food literally rolled her eyes & did not care to say “have a good day”. I had to ask her co worker why she was giving me an attitude as if had done something to her. I had also ordered an ice coffee & threw it out thinking that they might of done something to my drink. Then I tried to call to complain & of course they hung up on me. I will never go back there again!

Ordered online, showed up to my food being ready. Went to fill up my drinks and one of the soda machines wasn’t even working, with a big out of order sign. So already options are limited, I choose Coke thinking it’ll work. Nope, straight syrup. Not to mention there was no Iced Tea brewed so I had to stand there for 15 minutes while the 2 employees gave me dirty looks, until they finally decided to ask if i needed anything. Will be eating literally anywhere else from now on.

I ordered the new flavor of McFlurry, Kit Kat banana. After eating the first 6 bites, I discovered that 7/8 of the cup was pure vanilla soft serve. Only the top layer has had any candy blended in- and it was not enough that you could give them the benefit of the doubt of maybe having poured in the pieces but forgetting to blend. It was only enough pieces for the top layer of ice cream.

There is too much to really say. Could have been a bad day. The employees that I had contact with were very CONTRARY with my food? Pictures might SAY! Burnt or not cooked at all? McDonald’s is going through a transformation with the covid VIRUS? Multiple ways there having to serve the public drive-thru; curbside, inside, mobile ORDERS and delivery? Seems that there LEADERSHIP needs to maybe look and evaluate there operations. Last thing is ordered coffee and went back four times before they got it right? Oh! Cell phone uae at the front counter while expediting ORDERS. Very unsanitary.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 30-piece nugget. When I bit into one, it was hard, cold, and stale. These nuggets must have been sitting out for a while. I don’t understand why you’d serve this to customers who are paying for fresh, warm food. I know you wouldn’t want to eat it, so this isn’t okay. Please fix this issue.
