As a fellow small business owner and a frequent customer of Cali Street Tacos, I felt compelled to share my experience.
Yes — it can take a little time. But when you see a small team working inside that truck, cooking everything fresh and doing their absolute best, you understand why. This isn’t fast food — it’s quality food made to order.
I learned early on to call ahead. I’ll sit in my car and they bring it out when it’s ready. Easy.
One time there was a small mix-up with my order from a newer employee. It was corrected immediately, explained professionally, and they genuinely apologized. That speaks volumes about their integrity and customer care.
The food is ALWAYS incredible. Fresh. Flavorful. Consistent. And the prices? More than fair for what you’re getting.
Running a small business — especially a food truck — comes with huge overhead, permits, insurance, staffing, and long hours. These are hardworking people serving our community. If you want fast-food speed, go to a chain (that does not care about anything but your money). If you want amazing tacos made with care, this is your spot.
Support small. Be patient. It’s worth it.

The family wanted some tacos last night, so we drove down to Cali Tacos. The two kids taking orders were awesome! They got everything correct and the food was ready pretty fast. Got home ate the tacos, and they were delicious! We will be back for more soon

Was there for the first time tonight. It was absolutely amazing, the rice and beans, the shrimp street tacos, and quesadillas were on point. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I’ve already sent to a coworker who lives close by. The quesadillas with pork and pineapple was a blend of flavor that is making my mouth

Really really great food. It is amazing. A lot of flavor the lime in all the sauce. It comes with just goes perfect with the taco super well-made. The chicken and the steak was just absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend this spot. they have great deals too 10 tacos for $15

I have never had a bad meal here, I moved here from California and severely missed my authentic and soulful Mexican food until I found Cali Street Tacos. I go multiple times a week, every week. Sometimes, especially around lunch rush, they can get pretty backed up so I recommend calling your order in. But even if you don’t, it’s well worth the wait. I’d rate them 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

I’m new to Springhill and I was excited to find a new taco spot, but sadly I was instantly disappointed. The guys were courteous and the corn had good flavor, but it was only filled half way and the tacos were so dry I couldn’t finish eating them. The tortilla and the carne asada was dry and tough to chew.

Someone below complaining that it takes forever to get the food. Yes, because they may get from scratch and they are always so busy. Their food is amazing and always fresh! If you want fast food, we will go to McDonald’s not here! If you call ahead, it makes it better for them and better for you! Check them out, it’s very rare. We have good authentic Mexican food around here.

Went for the first time yesterday. The woman who greeted me and took my order was wonderful and very sweet (sorry I didn’t catch your name!). I told her it was my first time and she walked me through their menu and typical serving sizes and sides. The food was pretty good. The best item was definitely their birria tacos. I can’t wait to try the ramen next time

Pictures do not do this place justice, you have to try it out for yourself. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and you’ll have to come back to try something different. From the burritos, to the birria, portobello tacos, the esquite, everything is exceptional. Marcus’ dedication to quality and customer service is above and beyond. We look forward to coming back to Cali Street Tacos, and recommend it to all our friends and family!
