Literally never go here. Just save your time. Lived here for YEARS and it’s one of my only black listed restaurants.
I keep trying to go back and every time they take our order. Never give us a receipt. ALWAYS MAKE US WAIT 30 minutes
Last time I just left I don’t even want my food after 30 minutes. If the job is too hard. Quit. Don’t run a bad restaurant. They are not incompetent just lazy. It’s a waste of money waste of time.

I cannot recommend this location. Fails on so many levels.
I ordered at drive through. Added an item to a package deal. They gave me my bag and I checked it. Addition was not there. I beeped my horn to get attention. I told them I was missing the item. The response: it’s in the bag. I said I checked and it was not. They replied it was in the bag and shut the windows. I looked again and thought maybe it is under the potatoes and I just missed it. My mistake. I left.
I get home. Guess what, the item is not there. I called the store. No apology, just a “well you can just come back and get it.” When I questioned further I was told it was my fault because I didn’t say it wasn’t there twice. I could come get a refund. I did go back to the store to get my refund. The manager was ill equipped to handle the complaint. I did get my refund and an apology after I asked for one, but nothing more. I had to suggest she talk to staff and told her if I’d even gotten a half apology on the phone I wouldn’t be as upset as I was. It not only was less than I ordered but was an extra 45 minutes out of my day for them to not really care. They were very dismissive of me as a customer.
I won’t be back. Check your orders. Safeway makes good chicken.

We ordered a chicken pot pie & it wasn’t like b4. It was full of mashed potatoes, no gravy or sauce in it & barely any chicken. I think there was 2 small pieces of chicken in it. We also ordered 5 piece chicken nuggets & they were tiny, like half the size of a mccdonalds chicken nugget. We paid 3.84 4 them & they were tiny. Nor worth it.

The worst experience ever! I just finished working a 14 hour day on highway 405. I am a carpenter. I went to grab dinner. There was only 1 other car besides .me and they were inside. They forgot my main box of chicken. I immediately called. The lady wanted to take my name and call me back. I gave her my name and told her I was coming back. When I reached I pulled back up to the drive through window. Again there was nobody else for customers besides the one couple inside. The lady at the window said she knows she put it in the bag. A 20 piece bucket of chicken. I explained does she really think I want to be out in the heat, filthy from work sweating like crazy to get a free bucket of chicken? Then they told me to park it would be 15 minutes. After talking with them back and forth almost 30 minutes later I asked to give my money back. Then she asked if I had my receipt RU Serious??? The worst experience. I will NEVER go back. I dont suggest anyone else. Horrible customer service.Horrible everything!!!

This location was the worst. I waited over 20 minutes for my food after being asked if I could pull into parking spot #1 to just wait a few minutes while they make the fries. WHAT A LIE. When I was brought my food it was a younger woman and she did not even apologize. When I complained about how long I waited she still didn’t apologize and told me that she was just told to make the order. I was surprised by that because I had seen multiple other cars go through the drive thru. I was so annoyed by this location. I even tried to call because their lobby was closed but there was no answer. There were also multiple people cleaning the lobby while there was a line of cars in the drive thru the entire time and other cars waiting in spots along side me. Terrible location. Hopefully management gets better soon.

Bad service, been living in area 15 years
And worst experience at restaurant. I went to drive- thru ordered $40 of food no customers in line behind me, person in intercom rush me to order wasn’t a big deal because I had my order
Then when got to window person took my card and gave me my order without asking if I need a receipt messed up order so I drove around building returning to window told the person the order was wrong right away the person got defensive and started arguing that I have to ask for buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken and I responded I didn’t receive a receipt he said I have to request a receipt. The window person seemed hostile so I asked to speak to a manager they responded they are the manager.
Any other restaurant would ask if I wanted the buffalo sauce and if I require a receipt.
Two nights prior a went to a Yelm location ordered same order but they were curious and asked all the questions and they were busy I was five wings short but I was more happy with service.attatched is a picture of a chicken sandwich in my order some kind of black stuff on it service and quality not there I rather have missing food then bad service. My trip was March 3,2022 at 5:45pm

Ordered a 12pc meal which consists of white and dark pieces. Went to a park to eat and discovered leg and thighs only. Called back and spoke to Manager, Jose, who informed me they were out of breasts. He did say that I could come back today or tomorrow and that it would be a 19min wait. I drove back and it was almost 40mins for those breasts. I can honestly say they ruined my meal time that I was excited for. I ate mashed potatoes and coleslaw at park and ate breasts at home. Wasn’t the experience I wanted. They failed to mention they only had leg and thighs avail to begin with. Customer service is definitely lacking
