Waited 25 minutes for a breakfast order only to finally get it with no syrup and utensils to eat the hotcakes. It was not a larger order. It was one platter and a sausage biscuit. This isn’t the first time I’ve had long waits and missing items from this location. Honestly I don’t think I’ll return.

Stopped here twice in one day on a there and back road trip. Women’s bathrooms (where “employees must wash hands” signs are btw) did not have soap to actually wash hands either in the morning or at the evening. So…yeah. That’s not great.

I placed an order on the app and after getting home I noticed that the chicken strips were missing. I called and talked to the manager, Mikijah, and explained what happened. He apologized and assured they would replace the meal when I went back next time. I went back a couple weeks later and he replaced the meal. The rest of the staff was very courteous and attentive.

Fast & Convinant. Love being able to use the app to order & they bring it out to you. We ordered while waiting in a pickup space. We just got 2 coffees and a biscuit, but they were out in 5 min.
