Sad Sad Sad!
It’s been a very long time since we have “chanced” a Taco Bell…
A simple late-evening order of three crunchy Tacos $1.79 each; they weren’t worth 3 for $1!! And one Burrito Supreme $4.99 should’ve been $0.99… and that’s even too much to pay for what we received!
Like the old Wendy’s commercial once said, “Where’s the Beef?”
The food was COLD, and the ingredients were very SLIM, with soft and broken taco shells that should’ve been crunchy. The burrito had a few strands of lettuce, so many (RUNNY) beans … and minimal beef… VERY minimal with a soggy tortilla!

If you want an establishment that will be worth your time, money, and effort, I recommend just driving a few minutes to a different location, because this one will do none of the above.
Friends and family who have ate at this location all agree on the sentiment that it is poorly managed, has bad service, and even worse food, ESPECIALLY THE NIGHT SHIFT. Which as we all know, are prime taco bell hours.
I don’t typically leave negative reviews but tonight was maybe the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food location. I placed a mobile order with some items having extra added toppings. (Grilled cheese burritos, nacho fries, and a few other items.) The first time through the drive through to pick it up, they forgot the fries and instead of the grilled cheese burritos, gave regular burritos. I went back through the drive through to get the order fixed. They had me hand them the incorrect burritos, then ultimately had me give back the entire bag. Once they gave back the correct order, I drove home only to find that not only were all the extra toppings, THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR, were missing. And in fact, on the burritos most of the ingredients were missing. The burritos were 80% just tortilla. You were lucky if you got a bite beef or cheese in it, which I believe is lacking considering the item is called a beef grilled cheese burrito. The other items were also done sloppy, missing ingredients, and bad quality. It was so poor that we fed one of the tacos to my dog, and even he wouldn’t eat it.
Ultimately, this taco bell establishment is a waste of your money and time. There needs to be significant adjustments in management, quality control, and service.

I come here often, usually very late at night. I usually just get food for myself, but every time I get food for my family and I, our orders come out wrong in some way. Tonight we had an order which included 2 crunch wrap supremes. However, when I went to eat mine, I found that it was nothing like the crunch wrap supremes I have ever gotten from a Taco Bell. Instead of making a crunch wrap supreme, the staff took a regular taco and laid it out on the tortilla and wrapped it. They did this for BOTH crunch wrap supremes. I tried to write it off as the staff just having shared a joke with one another behind the window, but when they handed us the bag they were very obviously laughing at it. I should have checked the food then, but I did not want to keep the car behind us waiting. We would appreciate if a representative or manager could reach out to us.
When I have been here in the past late at night, the staff then was super friendly and lovely to chat to. However, after this experience, I doubt we will be returning.

The worst Taco Bell this location Friday night was busy. I waited no problem with waiting, but the food was trash. I don’t know all the burrito was smell we trash all the burrito. I wish I have time to return this order NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Used to be really good. Now the food is super messy. They don’t get your order right. They don’t give you any meat at all. They rush you. They fling the bag of food right at you. The nachos lid is never on properly. They give no sauce. They yell at you through the speaker. The last order I had there tasted super off. This place is super trashy now.

Came here multiple times and food has either always come out wrong or cold. Recently had lettuce in my order after asking for none and when I requested for there to be none they all started laughing and making fun of me back in the kitchen and it was very loud and obvious. We also waited almost an hour for our food because they forgot about us and we were the only damn ones in the lobby. Ran by a bunch of young adults who are clearly not very smart and don’t care what they are doing. I understand it’s a taco bell, so there’s always going to be a pretty bad experience, but this is just BAD lol.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
Every time I give this location another chance, I’m disappointed by the same issue, rude and unprofessional service. I’ve visited three times, and each visit has been the same. Employees with smart remarks, incorrect orders, and a terrible attitude. It’s unacceptable for staff to treat paying customers this way.
If the employees dislike their jobs this much, perhaps management should address it, whether through better training or better hiring. The behavior at this location is completely out of control, and it’s clear there’s a serious lack of accountability.

Taco Bell in Murphy Texas hires very young people and their attitude in the restaurant is very bad. The quality of the food is at the lowest. The tables are never cleaned and there is food on the floor. The whole Taco Bell franchise is at its lowest with food and service. If the owners and/or managers of the Murphy store reads this review, I urge them to clean up the deficit of this restaurant in order to survive.

We had a terrible experience with my vegetarian order
I have dietary restrictions and while the first order was fine, the second time we ordered, we saw pieces of chicken in my Veggie Black Bean Crunch Wrap
When my husband informed the manager about it, all he said was that he apologizes but while making orders everything is side by side and this happens and they can’t help it
This is serious cross contamination of food!
Why would you label something as vegetarian specifically in your menu and not take care of keeping things separate
I had to discard the rest of the wrap and we left the place
I would highly not recommend this location as the management is not willing to rectify their mistake and take things lightly!
