Went in during happy hour and ordered grilled fish taco. The portion was huge so I have to take it home. The lady hade a great smile and always attends to our need. Next time I’ll order with less bean in my taco so it’s not over powered(taste) by it. (More fish-ish taste)

Adrian was great! On top of it and food was super good. Got shredded beef tacos and quesadilla. Chips and salsa were super fresh. Ive been to other Medrano’s and said ill never be back but this one is legit. Will definitely be back.

I love the food here. Everything I’ve tried has been very tasty. The service is always good and the servers are awesome. My go to dish is the carne asada Taco plate. You will not leave hungry. The drinks are also very good. I highly recommend a margarita on the rocks. The prices are very reasonable . So if you are thinking of eating here you won’t be disappointed.

As a special needs family it’s hard enough to go out. Having restaurants willing to accommodate your childs needs is such a godsend. Medranos Quartz Hill always goes above and beyond with whatever we need or ask for and for that reason they will always be our go to place. We are so thankful that you saved our Father’s Day. My favorite Mexican restaurant. Love the atmosphere, love the food. The Botana platter is the best! Nice remodeling done in the bar. Be here Friday and Saturday for Karaoke. It’s a blast!
