We go here often and the food and service is always good. The dining room is becoming more and more grungy, in need of routine and deep cleaning. This makes it less appealing to want to eat here and has us wondering what the kitchen looks like.

Umm I just had the funniest and disturbing visit to this McDs.
1. When I get there there was a person who was very upset that he ordered a Smoothie and it did not have the game piece on it. The manager sat there and yelled at this person instead of just give them a damn cup. It was embarrassing for the manager. PS This person was LGBTQ+ so I wonder if it was due to that and not because they ordered the wrong drink with the piece. Its not cool in 2025!
2. Ordered our food on the kiosk and when it came to the table the drinks were not labelled with the Zero option. So I asked the lady which drink was which. In front of me she proceeded to grab my drink, take off the top and do a sniff test of my drink to figure out which was regular and zero. Like putting her nose in my drink. I was shocked. What do you say to that?
Umm Do better MCDs!! Yikes!

EDIT- Below the owner asked me take a survey except I don’t have a store number or a receipt since I paid at the Kiosk and did not get a receipt due to it being out of receipt paper? Again DO BETTER @mcdonalds

This McDonald’s has one very rude employee! She always has an attitude and multiple people have complained about her. If you’re going to work at a fast food place, you at least need to be friendly!

Food was not cooked at all. Didn’t discover it until after I got home as I got take out. This really needs to be looked at because it’s not the first time I’ve had problems here. This franchise is very much hit or miss.

Biggest problem this place has is the unwillingness to make anything other than its over-greased sausages and sugared-up pancakes before 1030. Truly, screw mcd breakfast. Ewwwwww. Please make real food sooner.

Why would you think it’s ok to charge for a more expensive product because you failed to order the correct paper products.? Charging for small drinks in place of kids sizes without consent from the customers is theft. And learn to wipe the outside of the cups off before handing them out. They are always covered in soda. Between the untrained staff and the fries always being cold anytime after lunch it’s very frustrating. Carthage is almost 30 minutes out of my way but I will take my business to them instead. Baiting and switching ppl is not ok. In this economy every penny matters.
