I had placed an online order for my food to pickup. However, when I first tried to use apple pay, it said there was a connection error, so i tried again and it worked. Not a big deal. However, after ordering, I waited about 30 minutes before finally receiving my food. I placed the order at 3:56 pm for a plain double cheese burger, 2 drinks, and 2 mozzarella sticks, and I didn’t get my food till around 4:25 pm. The restaurant wasn’t even busy at this time, and I find it ridiculous that it took so long to receive my food.

I would rather you tell me that you are out of onion rings and let me substitute tots than to receive these cold, mashed together, cardboard tasting onion rings. These went into the garbage tonight. Your kitchen staff needs a lesson on taking pride in the product that you are selling. Believe me, this will hurt your business! People have a choice on how they spend their money. I will not be spending anymore of mine at this Sonic.

ordered 2 cherry slush w/ blue bubbles and when we got them there was barley any cherry flavor and no blue bubbles and when i said something about it the lady at the drive through window was very rude!!!! another lady ended up telling her to add some bubbles so she literally added like 6 bubbles on top and was still being very rude. will not be going back until they get some nicer employees and better service.

Went for happy hour. But my food definitely did not make me happy. None of the food was fresh. My chilli cheese tots had french fries mixed in. Both of my corn dogs were burned, stale, and warm.
My slush was delicious though.
The carhop was nice.

Specifically ordered a Dr Pepper, had to correct the drive through worker 6 times, so keep that in mind.. and guess what I got home with, A DIET COKE! Do better sonic.

Love this Sonic location! They’re not nearly as stingy with the drink mix-ins as the Richland location. Much faster and friendlier service as well. Worth the extra few minutes on the road for better food and service! Keep up the good work.
