I’ve been here 3 times, I got the deluxe cheeseburger and the double cheeseburger, they are pretty big. I also got the chicken tenders and they were some of the best ones I’ve eaten. I got the small wild fries and there were a lot. Compared to other places medium fries, these are like the same size. All the spoon bender flavors that I got were amazing. This place can get pretty expensive.

The man taking my order was awesome. Extra positive attitude humourous speech and clear easy to hear. The burger was great the amount of onions was over the top no one needs that much onion. Please retool the west slope burge you have a great start but it needs more other toppings and way less onion I don’t know anyone that needs two full slides of onion a few rings of on8will work great. The rickin tunes and the outdoor seating is choice. I also really like the VW buss mural on the side of the building. It truly shows what Colorado and good times is all about.

I’m new to the breakfast burritos at Good Times and my gosh they are incredible. Every visit the food is hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The consistency at this location really stands out because they get it right every single time. The value is excellent for the quality you receive and the service is always quick, friendly, and welcoming. This has become my favorite Good Times location because everything is on point all the way around. Life feels a little more beautiful with a good breakfast burrito and great service, and this place delivers both every time. I also love knowing Good Times started right up the road in Boulder. After a past hiccup with a shake spill, they’ve more than redeemed themselves in my book. Definitely on the rotation!

This was my first time here. I didn’t try the food here but I did try the strawberry cheesecake shake. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what I was used. I just feel like it could’ve been better! The customer service was good even though we sat outside waiting to get our order taking.

Had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and wild fries. Everything was hot and fresh. My only complaint would be how long the drive-thru line took. There were 6 cars in front of me, and the wait was 19 minutes in line until food completion. I did go right at peak lunchtime (12:29-12:48) however at this time there should have been burgers on the grill ready to take off as orders are complete to help expedite the line.

This place was delicious and so convenient for the hotel we’re staying at this week! The chicken strips were good and the fries were very yummy! I loved their advertising pun! Only negative comment is that he said our food would be ready in 90 seconds but it took 10 mins. Still yummy though!

Love good time but I hope they see this…”your to expensive”!!! It’s crazy what a meal costs it’s takes away the “good time” experience for sure and leaves you questioning if you’ll ever return ! I tell all my friends it’s great food but be prepared to be hoodwinked ! I now only go for there green Chile cheese fries Amazing !! And for 5.00 it feeds me

Lines were not busy, staff was polite and friendly. Food was served in a timely manner. My burger had a handmade kind of flavor to it. (Burger was not overcooked), The wild fries were top notch and my favorite item! Corn Dog was slightly undercooked, but that was my only complaint.

Was given wrong food at union blvd location. Called and asked for a refund on my card they acknowledged their error but said they could not void . I would have to drive back 20 mins to get refund. Manager asked me what i wanted I said if I have to drive back 20 mins then I would like new food and a refund for my time and trouble manager said no one or the other accused me of being rude and hung up on me. Called back to get the name of her and her manager she refused to give me her name and told me I was harassing her and hung up again. I called again and asked for her managers name she said Allen call tomorrow and I’ll be here we can all talked about how rude I was and hung up again. I called back to let her know I was driving back up for my refund 24.00 it not cheap and looked awful see pic. Drive up surprising she was rude again took her 15 mins to refund my money no apology just attitude. I will be calling corporate.
In response to owner instead of a gift card please train your staff better to not escalate issues and to be less abrasive. I have eaten at several of good times and the food quality and service had gone way downhill so a gift card would be useless I do not intend to patronize again. Thank you.
