Went on the evening of 08/04 and the young man and woman there displayed exceptional customer service. They were very kind and helped me out with a card dysfunction. I will definitely go back there again and I hope their managers recognize that they have two amazing employees!

Stopped in here for the first time. The young man who helped us was very.nice and friendly. He had helped 2 customers before us and each time he kept the same gloves on and did not remove to wash his hands (he was working alone) . When he got to us there was a line of at least 8 people behind us waiting to be helped. I very politely and quietly asked him to.please wash his hands. He did wash and put on new gloves. He completed our sandwich and rang us up and again did not wash and put on new gloves for the next customer. I felt really bad for him being alone during lunch. I don’t blame him i.blame his boss for not training him on the importance of basic food safety. I probably won’t return.

If I hadn’t gone there for someone else I would have left because they were so slow. I walked in at 12:39 4 people in front of me (3 in one family). All I ordered was a 6 inch tuna with cheese mayo, tomato, spinach and wax no peppers and 32 minutes later I walked out with it. They had 3 people working!!

Chloe was awesome! 4 of us came in very close to closing and she did such a great job taking care of us and the line of people that came in after us. To the owner, I hope you recognize her for her fantastic customer service. And please look at your schedule when the high school is having a meeting. We left the meeting hungry (as many did) and you would have gained more business if you had more help. Again, thank you Chloe!

It takes me more than half an hour to order there. They are always under staffed. Not hating just being real. I dont have this issue at any other locale.

Everything is on point. My only suggestion is wi-fi. Clean and neat. Watched the employees check the bathrooms as well as clean the tables as soon as the customer leaves the table. Very quiet place.

The place is trash. The customer service is horrible and the workers do not know how to make sandwiches. They are always busy talking to each other and do not listen to your order. Definitely would not recommend

They didn’t know the difference between mayo an mustard. Left as fast as I could to just add what I wanted at home.
