Seems like every time I use the drive thru, after I pay, they have me pull forward and wait while they serve the person behind me. I only order a regular #1 no special order no reason why my order would take longer then the person behind me. Wait time has been long and frustrating a few times. But I like Arby’s so its worth the wait to me.

Usually pretty good when I go. A few years ago I had terrible roast beef it was tough and weird looking and I couldn’t eat there again for a couple years. Today it was the same. The roast beef was thicker and gristley over cooked or something. Fries were also bad. Didn’t eat my meal.

Very pleasant experience. Friendly and polite staff, and personable manager. Higher standards than most. I came at 4pm through drive through, she (manager) had them drop fresh fries for my order. Thank you!

We contacted the store to let them know they left out a fry and the ones we did receive were half empty and the general manager contacted my husband back within 10 minutes and told him he was making us a meal fresh and DELIVERED it to our house. He was so apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. This was above and beyond customer service. I will recommend this location to everyone. I know sometimes service can take a while, but they make sure you are taken care of.

Today, September 28th, Arby’s has now became one of my favorite place. What they did for us today was truly amazing. It was late at night, my babies needed something to eat. Senor Garcia had kept me on the phone for 15 minutes then said they could not feed us so Arby’s, we go! A lady by the name of Lexie came out running, I really thought she was about to tell us we couldn’t be serve but she told us that we was the last car! I was so thankful for that and I was finally at ease to know my babies were getting something to eat since they were the only place open. We get to the window and let them know “we are it, we are the last car” and what they did for us was truly amazing. We had such a big order and they were so nice about it. They were okay with us asking for large combos, they even told us that we could get some milkshakes. Y’all go to Arby if y’all need something good to eat. Their Chicken Bacon Swiss was amazing. Everything was truly amazing. Great job to y’all for opening up and cooking for the public. Y’all did wonderful for our family. You guys rock. VERY BIG SHOUT OUT TO LEXIE along with the rest of the staff member, you all were amazing!
