This was possibly the best non-gelato food I had in Italy. Getting the check at the end of the meal was a bit slow, but the family who owns it were otherwise so nice and accommodating.
I had the dumplings stuffed with the best smoked provolone in the universe, the octopus fish balls with honey and lemon, and the smoothest chocolate mousse cake ever. I even went twice (which I rarely do on vacation). Also there were some great cats.

Amazing place, not a tourist trap at all!
Food is delicious including homemade dessert, atmosphere at night is very romantic and with a gorgeous beach view. This is a family restaurant with an extremely nice service. Recommend 100% as an Italian.

Can’t fault this place !! food is fantastic, we tried most of the dishes on the menu while staying in Nerano for the week and loved them all. Would honestly pick Mary’s over any of the other restaurants in Nerano. Mary is also a great host and made us feel so welcome along with the rest of the staff who were all lovely. It has a nice relaxing feel to it and we found it to be great value for money ! myself and partner will 100% be back.

If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming spot with authentic food and a true family vibe, this restaurant is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home, thanks to the super friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish tasting fresh and full of flavor. The homemade cheesecake with lemon was the highlight – light, refreshing, and incredibly fresh. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving a genuine dining experience!

Wonderful spot with a surprising number of locals. One of my favorite meals on the coast and worlds apart from the tourist traps that are almost impossible to escape in Positano and many other towns. The squid ink past was spectacular.

The food was amazing. We tried the Nerano zucchini spaghetti ( their specialty) and the seafood pasta.and for the desert we had a tiramisu and a lemon pavlova. All the plates were homemade.
The service was perfect, they are so respectful and kind.
I recommend everyone passing by Nerano to stop and visit this restaurant.
