The three young kids that were working in there were very kind and professional. I currently have a fractured foot therefore I am on crutches. They put the food in bags to make it easy for me to carry and one came and held the door for me. Very positive experience and I hope that these three kids get kudos! They should know how awesome that is because kids these days like that are hard to find. Most the time when you go to restaurants now kids are on their phone even when they’re supposed to be working.

Always have fantastic service here. The food is always good. I had the Jerk sandwich this visit. The freestyle machine is major for me as a T1D. Lots of sugar free options. Wish the loc part worked. My wife and I really like the ability to walk in either side of the establishment. Try the hot sauces. Try all of the hot sauces.

When I do get my food here, it’s good. However, TWICE now I have placed an order through the app to arrive for pickup and find out they are closed. The charges still go through and support on the app is never able to help. I never get my refunds through the restaurant and keep having to dispute on my credit card. It makes my family and I not want to return.

First I was ignored after entering. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. They took my order, I sat and waited for 20 minutes for a freaking $20 sandwich with only 2 other customers in the store….AND IT WAS WRONG! Unacceptable, will not be back. Btw, firehouse is nasty, that incorrect sandwich was beyond gross. It wouldn’t have been good even if it were correct. Worst sub shop in the country. A spam on white would be better. Disgusting

Several months ago, my friend and I came in here to get sandwiches. My friend got chicken on his and I got a vegetarian sandwich. When we got home, I bit into mine and found chicken in it. i’ve been a vegetarian for 21 years and this was my first time ever eating meat since then. We drove back to the store and I planned on being polite because I know accidents happen, but the guy who made my sandwich saw us enter and started giggling. The manager seemed extremely embarrassed, but the employee giggling really ticked me off. I worked in food service when I was younger, and I can’t imagine handling a mistake like that by giggling in front of a customer.

This was my first time eating at Firehouse Subs. I’ve always passed by but have always wanted to try. I’m glad I did. As soon as you walk in, the staff greets you and welcomes you in. You weren’t hurried by anyone to order. I tried the Hook & Ladder sub. It was so delicious. Next time, I’ll order the larger sub. It tasted so good to be hot. Both my wife and I enjoyed our subs very much. We will be coming back to Firehouse Subs again.

The food was great as was the service. I had a roast beef medium sub. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the men’s room. It was very dirty and there were no paper towels. The drink dispenser needs a good cleaning as there was soda everywhere. The eating area was clean.

The food is always delicious but the problem is the order is always either missing something (this time just a pickle specifically asked for) or the subs not being marked when ordering several at a time. You get home and it’s a guessing game of which sandwich is which, especially when they are similar. A marker and a few seconds could solve that issue

Paid $20 for a ham and turkey sandwich. I ordered the Carolina Gold triple stack combo. There was no brisket or crispy onions on the sandwich. No chips in the bag. No pickle spear. Reading the reviews I can see it’s a regular occurrence of people not getting what they paid for. I’ve tried this place 4 times since they’ve opened and not one time was our order correct. This time I tried calling for 2 days about my issue and no one answers. Owner drops a link in the reviews and the link takes you to support and then support emails and says they are independently owned and that I need to reach out to the store or owner. Owner clearly has no intention of solving anything or making it right.
