Tasty! Great service! Really good atmosphere. It was my first time here since we live across town. We came with a friend who has eaten here for years. I love the chairs and tables. The plates and bowls are pottery. The whole place felt like proud Hispanic heritage – not in a get off my lawn way – but in a “we are good at this” way. The service was friendly and competent.

I work nights and struggled to find a place that would cater to a diner type taste bud. I go there atleast 3 times a week and order anything off of the menu. The Caldo is amazing, the taco salad is always fresh. Dont sleep on the sides either, not your typical fillers of beans and rice. They are also fresh and fluffy. The kids who runs the front is always happy and makes you feel welcome. 10 out of 10!!!

I have never been to this restaurant. We decided to try it today. It is a cute restaurant with plenty of tables and booths. They have at least 6 different flavors of Aqua Fresca and Horchata but no refills on those. They also have different sodas and sweet and unsweet tea. The chips come with two salsas, a red smokey flavor one and a green salsa, both were excellent. I could have drank the green salsa. We ordered the bistek with green sauce and the Pollo enchilada and taco plate. We did not get the Pollo we got Carne picadillo but it was still good. The plates came with beans and rice and mine had salad and guacamole with queso fresco on top. It was all delicious. The service was great too! We will be back.

It seemed to be a very popular restaurant with the locals, and the servers took it all in stride moving as fast as they could. They had indoor and outdoor dining. The food was excellent. I had fried tilapia and my friend had beef tongue fajitas. As we were leaving, a band was setting up outside.

This place is really great Mexican food. The Burritos here are really good sized and super tasty. The staff is always friendly. They have a big selection of Mexican food as well. Every time I have came here the food is always fresh and never disappointing.

I used to eat breakfast every other week with my dad here it was good, I would buy the barbacoba bu the pound was very afordable till one day they told me no they dont do that any more, or just didnt want to, I never know unless some one else can say they have bought some recently, my problem is with all the trump deportations on good people has started up alot of hate an anger bettween the white an mexicans its there u can just see it , my wife of 23 yrs now is white, she is your ordinary nice torta for me I love she ran out of gas right in front of this place that i enjoyed an thought were human with feelings , with care about others in need it s just the way it should always be, my wife is stuck in the right lane cars passing like crazy she dosent have a cell phone so she ran acrosss the street an asked to use thier phone so she could call me for help an was told no they could only recieve calls, so if this place is robbed, catches fire , they have no way of getting help, or was it cause she is white, i am mexican not by being born in mexico but we are all mexican in the eyes of trump most of you voted for him well it back fired on you didnt it any ways i have helped many of women regardless of their race cause it could have been your daughter your mother sister, niece an so on, after givin my money an good reviews an word by mouth that this was a good place with good people, what happen to the lovin people from mexico that are always willin to help especially when they can see every thing through thier windows u cant miss a thing on 24th if u sit here after saying no they watch her walk to pizza hut she had high bood pressure an had the employee call me an I got there in time to catch her as she fainted in my arm from the heat an blood preasure that scared the crap out of me thinkin ems has to come but i cooled her down an came back slowly, this blew my mind dont blame all white people my fellow mexicanos esto no es bien ni justo sesalrion de madre, jente con corazon asi necitan estar deportados sin corazon sin tratar a yudar la jente mejor patras para ke reconoscan ser sufrido no soy racista soy humano, no perfercto, humanos no caigan en lo que decen que semos turn this around how would you feel after being at this place so many time greeted with smiles of deciet sorry but every thing was good but this killed all the stars, i always cook with love it taste better maybe thats what s happeing with all the bad reviews latelyi am just saying

COCKROACH IN THE TORTILLAS!!! I visited this restaurant in November with my father & husband. When they brought out my husband’s tortillas in the tortilla holder there was a dead cockroach on the first tortilla of the stack. We immediately notified the waitress who notified a lady sitting at another table, must’ve been the manager or owner. They said that the roach must have been in the box that the tortillas come in when they get sent from the tortilla factory which makes zero sense because if you take the pack of tortillas out of the delivery box & you open the tortilla pack why would the roach be on the tortillas? But anyway we gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt & still ate our plates but unfortunately there was a shift change while we were still eating & when it was time to pay the worker was someone else. My father mentioned the cockroach to the server expecting for that plate to be removed from the bill but the worker had no idea what we were talking about & charged us the full amount. We shouldn’t have even been charged for any of the food we ate. So disgusting!!!

I was expecting great things from his place. The waitress was nice and did a good job. The food wasn’t that great to me. The queso dip was hard quickly. And the encheladas didn’t have much flavor. Even the iced tea had alot of lemon taste to it. I’m not a lemon person.
