love, love, love, love this ice cream spot! Their flavors are very varied and inclusive and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. You also get a lot of ice cream for the price and I was very impressed. Try the coconut, it was amazing!!

I know this is a small business which sucks because I love to support local. BUT the girls that work here make it MISERABLE.
Specifically the girl with blueish hair and the brown haired girl with blonde high lights. They usually are there in the evenings.
If you want to feel like the biggest inconvenience in the world, this is the place for you.
They will not greet you, they will not smile, instead they make you feel like a horrible person.
Maybe rethink who you are hiring to be customer facing in a small town.

Lackluster customer service. Not a deal breaker, but the girls working behind the counter seemed uninterested in us and almost forgot one of our drinks. The girls were using their phones which is not food safe at all. I’m sure this place is better early in the day but in the evening the girls would rather be unprofessional and use the place as a hangout for their friends.

Huges selection of ice cream from at least 3 dairies, 95% of which looked very fresh. Huge, affordable servings of wonderful local flavors served by friendly people. If its open I’ll stop through any and every time I’m around Mt. Hood.

Wanted to start off this review by saying this place along with the product they severe is amazing, unfortunately this experience was not. 12/17/23 at 7pm We walked in and one of the employees (girl with the brown hair) was sitting on her boyfriends lap in the lobby, playing with his (pretty greasy looking) hair. Walked behind the counter to serve us and didn’t wash her hands. Both employees gave us a blank stare when we walked in and didn’t stay anything until we were ready to order. The girl with the blonde hair was very nice to us. As soon as we left the brown haired girl went back to sitting on her boyfriends lap in the lobby, while the blonde haired girl was the only one working.
