I always enjoy visiting Cracker Barrel and tonight it felt extra special because I was sat close to the fireplace and it was lit ! I really love the lemon pepper rainbow trout plus the sides I ordered. The country green beans have so much flavor and I loved the biscuits and grits ! They have a seasonal drink I tried, hot chocolate with a marshmallow peep ! Delicious! Of course you can’t leave without shopping in their wonderful gift shop. A lot of the Christmas items were on sale. I was in luck so I bought a few Christmas ornaments at half off ! Wow ! Will be back !

I have not had a bad experience at this Cracker Barrel location!! Went on a mother daughter lunch date with my mom and it was so great!! The food was delicious and we had great conversation!! It’s definitely a great place for some quality time 🙂

Love their breakfasts. However, their hashbrown casserole is not very good. This is the only restaurant that I know of that serves salt cured country ham.
I feel that the price of the breakfast is a little steep. $36.00 for 2 breakfasts with no drinks. The service was good but the kitchen was slow. They have very pretty things in their store. The store offers seasonal items. It also carries hard to find, old fashion candy. It has good smelling soap and hand cream.

A very uniquely designed place. Once you enter, it’s going through a convenience store first. They sell a lot of different items, from clothings to gadgets. The restaurant itself was nicely designed with many antique items. Service was phenomenal. Our waiter Joey was attentive, patiently, and very willing to explain different dishes. The food itself was nothing too special . It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t something I’d write home about. The loaded hash was the best part of the meal.

besides the 45 minutes to get a table and it’s dead in here. we quickly realized it seems they were training so not ever complaining about that. cut them so slack there learning! the food was amazing everything was cooked to perfection and our waitress’s, yes we had 2 it was a big party. you helped us have a wonderful night thank you and hat’s off to the cook!

Our server was Javier. Its like we were bothering him. When our food came out we were missing several items. We had to ask other servers for the missing items. He had an attitude when we asked for drink refills. The food tasted good but was barely warm. There were other servers standing by the kitchen door chatting and getting in the way. Very very disappointed with the service and the food.

Food was okay service was where I feel it feel very short…the manager had a moment to make it right but did not, I signed up for rewards, waiter said the first shareable is on the house since I signed up. Bill came saw it was charged, waiter said they will take it off when I pay when I give my number…that did not happen, they said next time…okay I was told now other wise I would not have ordered, manager came said nothing to me, not even an apology but told the cashier here give him this coupon and he can use it next time…well I don’t know if I am coming back so this next time talk might not happen…toke the card and paid. Horrible experience in my opinion, the manager could have said sorry this happened because the cashier said…” we have another customer saying they were told the shareable is free when they sign up for reward” but manager did nothing. I will eat there since I have the coupon but not at that location. Glendale AZ.

Patty has the most beautiful attitude you can feel by looking at him work. He loves hes job. He was amazing filling our coffee n giving my girls refills on their dr. Peppr. The food was excellent. I went to visit my parents and they wanted to go to Cracker Barrel. They usually go on Fridays early in the morning and love it there. We went and were seated right away at 12:00 pm. We were at the table closest to the kitchen. We waited until 12:18 and no one even stopped by to ask us for our drink order. Several employees passed us many times and someone possibly the manager was standing by the kitchen looking our way and nothing. I picked up the small ticket they leave on the table (which is how I know exactly what time we were seated) and we walked out. I handed the ticket back to the hostess and let her know that no one helped us and that we were leaving. I’m not sure what the issue was but I personally would not go back. I wasn’t upset or anything but with all the screaming babies in our vicinity we decided to go to another restaurant.

My wife and grandson stopped in to have dinner. We were seat pretty quickly. Was about 5 minutes before the waitress (Jocelyn R) showed up. She was somewhat polite. So she took our order. Our drinks took another 5+ minutes to get to us. Shortly after that our food came. My wife ordered a loaded baked potato with the sour cream on the side and extra butter, and a side of fried okra. Her potato came with no butter and the sour cream in the middle of her potato. My wife had to ask twice for some butter before she got some. My grandson ordered a bacon cheese burger with okra. His order came out find. I ordered the big easy steak and shrimp with broccoli, okra, coleslaw. I ordered my steak medium and it came more rare than medium some how I had double the okra. Ok. We weren’t the only one have some problems with the service there was at least one other table that was very unhappy and it was getting very vocal. Normally we have a very good and pleasant time at any Cracker Barrel we go to. But, this was our first time at this location and I’m sad to say this was the worst experience we have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. We will not hold this experience against the chain but we will not go to this location (CB0619) again. It really saddens me to write a review like the for a good chain like Cracker Barrel…
