I’m extremely upset about the way we were treated at Chipotle. The service was terrible and the attitude was even worse. DESTINY serving us was rude, dismissive, and clearly did not care at all.
On top of that, she barely put any food in my bowl. It wasn’t even halfway filled. For how much Chipotle charges, that is completely unacceptable and honestly felt intentional.
If someone has that kind of attitude, they should not be working in customer service. We were polite and did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment.
This location seriously needs better staff because this experience was ridiculous.
I love Chipotle, but this was beyond disappointing. I will not be coming back.

Had a great experience at the Midtown Chipotle Mexican Grill! Fab took care of us and was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout our visit. The service felt genuine and welcoming, and she made sure everything was perfect with our order. It’s always nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys helping customers. This was my first time ever trying Chipotle. I had heard a lot about the place and was genuinely curious to try it. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to the attitude of the employee who served me, Caterina.
Instead of explaining how the menu works or helping a first-time customer, Caterina was extremely rude, impatient, and dismissive. I asked simple questions and was made to feel uncomfortable, as if I was bothering her just by being there. On top of that, the way she served my food was careless and aggressive, almost throwing it onto the bowl.
What made the situation even worse was that my friend was served by another employee at the same time and received almost double the amount of food, with a completely different and much nicer attitude. The contrast was obvious and unfair.
Customer service and consistency matter, especially for new customers. Sadly, because of this experience, I don’t plan on coming back.

I’m disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. I ordered the Build Your Own Tacos meal, but instead of receiving it in the usual box, it was wrapped in aluminum foil, which was inconvenient and didn’t look presentable.
Additionally, the meal was supposed to include mini nachos, but they were missing from my order.
This experience was frustrating, and I hope more attention will be given to order accuracy and presentation in the future.

Every night is the same thing with this place they run out of stuff and they don’t wanna remake it by 11 PM. You have 3or 4 items missing from the options that you’re supposed to pick from like brown rice, fajita vegetables or guacamole and they don’t care to remake it instead of catching attitude. This is beyond ridiculous because I already spoke to the manager about this a few times and they know who I am and they still keep doing the same thing for months on in and corporate needs to look into this because this is a franchise and they need to stop operating like this just to save some food I was under the impression that customer satisfaction is the number one?! I guess I was wrong.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would …. It’s got to be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them all over the world. If you don’t believe me look at the picture, It looked like an airport would dog sitting on the floor The place is filthy absolutely filthy, there’s never any lemonades, They hardly have any of the food available in salsas are never fresh, It takes forever to get in and out of there and it’s very poorly run. I’m not sure what is the problem but ever since it open it’s been a rundown place I stopped going to it for a while and thought things might change but yesterday was the same thing again. Hopefully the corporate gets this place right because it’s a mess. If you look at the reviews I’m not the only one that thinks that way It’s so bad I drove 10 miles out of my way to go to another place. I’m officially done with this place. If you can go out of your way to another chipotle go!

I was here this morning and witness the employees two to be exact having to deal with not one but two rude customers. One guy who thinks he macho took it upon himself from what I could hear to open the door for other customers when it’s not his place and the second person a man with a child had the nerve to jump into something that did not oregano to him and he had a child and to goto the point to threaten a female employee shows what kind of man you are. The public service or security guard didn’t do nothing and the police didn’t do nothing either. The two ladies who stood their ground I applaud yall cause yall do not have to deal with rude customers. I have been coming here for a while and these two ladies are always polite and doing more than others. All they were trying to explain is though it was time to open doors they were short staffed and to give them a little more time to set up and get prepared. If you can’t do that then don’t come out to eat early

As someone who works in customer service, I cant fathom treating people the way this location does. Initially, I felt bad for the workers bc there’s no ac in this location so its extremely warm (plus with the cooking it makes it worse for them). I would be in a uncomfortable mood too. However, talking back to customers bc YOU did the order incorrectly is very unprofessional. Every single worker had an attitude, no smile, didn’t even meet your gaze as if we the customers are a hindrance. Portions were horrible, options were little to none. The only reason this has 1 star is bc the food was still tasty and bc a lower rating doesn’t exist.

I live in the neighborhood, and I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, but unfortunately, it’s consistently disappointing. The food quality is hit or miss, and they always seem to be running out of key items like chicken, guacamole, and fajitas. What’s even more frustrating is that they wait until everything has completely run out before they start preparing backups. I’ve been told at 8 pm that certain items “won’t be available for the remainder of the night,” or that I’d have to wait 20-30 minutes, which is unacceptable because they close at midnight!
It’s also clear that the staff isn’t anticipating the demand properly. I’ve seen a line of 14 people with just one person on the service line, one cashier, and one person cooking, while two others just walk around aimlessly. It’s honestly nerve-wracking to watch. This location has so much potential, but the poor staff performance and lack of planning make it intolerable. It’s such a shame because this could be a great spot if it were managed better.
