During my recent visit, I experienced a severe lack of professional service and food quality, starting with a 21-minute wait at the front counter before any staff member appeared. When an employee finally emerged, she ignored waiting customers to enter the break room, and the arriving shift treated the environment like a social club rather than a business. Furthermore, my request for a “no-salt” order of fries was fulfilled in just 90 seconds; given that industry-standard cook times for fresh fries are between 2.5 and 3 minutes, it is technically impossible for these to have been cooked to order. This indicates I was served a pre-salted batch that had been sitting under heat lamps, directly contradicting the employee’s false claim that fries only take two minutes to cook.

If I could give 0 stars I would cause this burger king sucks. Their rude. It takes almost an hour EVERY TIME to get your food. They are very unprofessional and I would never hire or keep people like that in my store. Y’all need to do better about just hiring anybody. This burger king sucks I definitely won’t go back

I never leave bad reviews if I can help it, but this was the Worst BK I’ve been to. Takes one order in the drive thru every 10 minutes. Not exaggerating. They must have only one employee in the whole store. Not the first time this has happened either. Will not be back.

This is one of the most disgusting burger kings I’ve been too. The lady who normally works the mornings is so sweet I love her but other than that this place is filthy. On multiple occasions I’ve walked in to staff preparing food with no gloves, I mean grabbing lettuce, tomatoes & burger buns with bare hands. Then you have the worker that walks around with a half of burned cigarette in his ear. Someone please fix it

I came to get a duo and got a home run. I ordered jap poppers whopper jr and med. When I got home I had an OCS and Crispy onion whpr. I would have not tried this whpr but wow just wow. The crispy onion and bbq sauce turns this into a freaking masterpiece. Hands down the best sandwich other than the original whpr. If you’re a fat burger boy kinda person you’ll love this. I love this location. It’s always good and the people are good to you. I used to drive up 85 4 exits just to come to this one. The food is always fresh!!

This BK listens. I asked for extra heavy mayo and ketchup on my whoppers. Most BKs don’t. They are afraid it will be too much and the customer will return the food complaining. Not me. That’s how I fell in love with BK growing up. My dad used to buy bag fills of BK cheese burgers with just mayo and ketchup. I fell in love with how the mayo and ketchup combined and as I grew up I wanted that nostalgic taste I had as a kid. I have always ordered my whopper jrs, whoppers, and cheeseburgers with heavy mayo and ketchup. So normally I don’t get my way. This BK delivered. Thank you so much to the staff for following my request. I appreciate you so much. I’ll be back for sure in my travels.

I am DISGUSTED. Either the cheese, ketchup up, or mustard on my burger was spoiled!!I almost gagged from the taste. The smell off it was horrific. I need someone to contact me and make this right. That is absolutely unacceptable.

Decided to stop by and get myself something to quick to eat before work. Order a Lg fry and what I got were slightly cool fries. It’s not the end of the world, there’s so much more worse things in this already negative world but I would recommend to others to maybe ask for well done fries. Customer service wasn’t over the top but the lady was polite. Other than that, it was good!
