It was around 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. We had put in a mobile order and decided to go through drive thru to pick it up as we had two Lovable dogs in the car and didn’t want them to leave them alone for too long as it was very cold out. We also wanted to get them pup cups! We told the attendant that we have a mobile order, and they let us know that they are working on it and to pull up. We pulled up and saw two staff behind the counter deligently cleaning, which is good. So we waited and waited and crickets. We figure they may have had to redo our order since it was taking longer then expected with no one in front of us. After more time had passed, we decided to just go inside. And guess what was there? Our drink! No greeting, no apologies, just shocked faces. The whole experience left a luke warm taste in our mouth (from the coffee, it was no longer hot). We felt lied to and ignored. If they wanted us to come inside, they could have just said that instead of lying to us and making us wait. Maybe they’re racist, maybe their too busy cleaning. Only the cameras would know. For anyone reading this, I would suggest lowering expectations at this location to prevent from being disappointed. As for our dogs, they forgave us for not getting them pup cups.

Starbucks is so dog friendly our 4 dogs KNOW the Starbucks logo and always excited to get their pup cups…oh yeah love the pro6boexes and my ice Carmel macchiato!!

I just have to say that this ‘bucks hires the loveliest employees! I drive for my job so spend a good amount of time in coffee shops, and you can just tell that the staff here “cares” about their work and their customers. It doesn’t get much better on this earth than enjoying a real mug of Royal English Breakfast Tea with a splash of milk while seated on the store’s comfy leather wrap around couch as the sun streams in through the floor to ceiling windows.

Worse location . This is the second time that they give me half full drink. The first time I just mentioned it and I wasn’t even reimbursed anything. Today i get a latte it felt light but with the snow I just wanted to get to work. I open it as soon is I got to the office and sure enough was more than quarter empty I took a picture and spoke to Audrey. She said to come in to show her the picture and they will do something about it without even apologizing. Really? You need a prove? This is your customer service for expensive drinks? I will come and show you the picture since it wont let me ubload it and show that I wasn’t lying .

I haven’t been to this Starbucks in a long time. The baristas are very attentive and listened to my order. The sun shines through the windows and it can get very bright. It’s a great place to go but it gets busy in the morning.
I just went back here after several months. The staff is keeping it together even though they’re getting slammed!

It’s my favorite coffee, but today I ordered a little ice matcha, and my drink was ice, which I hit, but shocking, and I didn’t have time to come back to them. I hope you don’t do it again.

Absolutely amazingly wonderful! Everything was perfect and delicious!

In addition to the wonderful and tasty product, when we walked in we were overjoyed to see FACES on the delightful baristas!! SOOOO glad to see their smiling faces again after TWO YEARS (ridiculous)!!! It was always so hard to communicate with those coverings over their faces.

Also, there is no longer a plexiglass BARRIER (further preventing us from communicating) between us and the delightful baristas!!!

We asked when this happened and they said TODAY! We couldn’t help it, we had a little party right there at the register!! Praise God!!

THANK YOU STARBUCKS for SETTING THE CAPTIVES FREE!!!!!!
