The employees all look miserable, food sucks and place is completely trashed. I couldn’t imagine ever going back. The guy next to me was taking pictures of how gross it was and we had a good laugh about it. Atleast something good came out of this miserable dump.

Ordered 2 carne asada bowls in the app. Wife picked up in the drive-thru on the way home. When she got home we found that one of the bowls had almost all the toppings wrong and just a little bit of chicken, no carne asada at all. And the other bowl, which I paid $7 EXTRA for double meat, had no meat at all and every topping wrong (with the exception of lettuce and cheese ). Contacted support in the app and the only contact option was an AI chatbot that ignored my typed messages and only allowed pre-selected options that didn’t help. They offered 1 entree coupon refund even though I paid $25 AND already used a coupon. So I’m out $25 for a bowl of sour cream, lettuce, salsa, guacamole (didn’t even order originally) and rice. The app issue isn’t indicative of the store but somehow the order was messed up terribly and I have no good options to reach any customer support.

This is the worst, post-apocalyptic looking, overpriced, filthy hangout to buy slop bowls. I couldn’t believe how filthy the place was when entering here, it looked like an absolute zoo. I feel bad for some of the workers, who clearly care. They are constantly out of stuff (chicken, drinks, rice, etc..) The management is clueless, if there is even management present? How can you run a restaurant like this, and charge the prices you do? I would be so ashamed – what an absolute failure of a location. I really recommend closing this one down or doing a complete overhaul, starting with firing management. Look at how bad this is! This is a real photo!

This Chipotle location is consistent. The food quality was good, and the atmosphere was lively, though it did get quite crowded during peak hours.
One downside was the washroom, which could definitely use more frequent cleaning. The lineups were also pretty long, which slowed things down a bit.
Overall, a decent experience. Nothing particularly exceptional, but it gets the job done if you’re craving Chipotle.

Food tasted old. Rice was hard, they were out of steak at dinner. Protein portions are super small, small spoonful of queso with an upcharge. Just close if you don’t care.

I’m beginning to think the management and staff go out of their way to disappoint the customer. Today they were out of all proteins besides barbacoa. I was told it would be at least 10-15 minutes before they would have some. How does almost every protein run out before making a fresh batch? This is a constant issue with this location. Last time I came the white rice was empty. It seems like the staff and management don’t care about the location.
Instead of waiting I left and went to the hall road location where every option was available, staff was fast and polite, and restaurant was clean.

Either the food isn’t prepared correctly or something is missing, nearly every order. I have no idea why I continue to roll the dice at this store. They cannot even make the chips correctly. Literally the last three orders I have had to throw away food. Worse than the mess up is the automated “Pepper” customer service platform that is just a disaster; a fully automated system no way of speaking to the actual people in store. I’m embarrassed that I even have to spend time writing this out. Nothing changes. No one ever hears the problems. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

ordered a salad and it was swimming in liquid. not sure if the beans, pico or lettuce wasn’t strained. Needless to say it felt like I was served soup. The service was strange and made me feel like I inconvenienced them by placing an order.

Burnt chips multiple times I’ve come here. Called whatever number was on the receipt, after the 3rd try of coming back for lunch on my break and talked to corporate and they were even worse than the burnt chips. Absolutely horrible customer service on corporates end and fixing issues that are happening within your stores. You’d think with as big of a company as you are you’d do better.
