I came here and waited over 20 minutes before my order was even taken. During that entire wait, no one apologized for the delay or offered a drink to make up for the inconvenience. There were only three employees working total—two taking and fulfilling orders and one cook—so in reality, only two employees were running the front of the establishment. That level of understaffing is unacceptable and puts unnecessary stress on the employees.

If a business cannot properly staff its location, it should not be open. This was extremely inconvenient, and I will not be returning. Management is clearly the issue here. I genuinely feel bad for the employees working tonight—you could tell they were trying their best to keep up but simply didn’t have enough help. The employees deserve better support (and honestly, a raise), while management seriously needs to be re-evaluated.

Love me some KFC, but whoever was working the drive thru on March 3, 2026 at 9 PM at this location. Needs to get her attitude fixed real quick.

Coming off of work just looking for a hot meal to take home, I don’t need any anger or frustration taken out all my food. I asked her why she was yelling and she said she wasn’t, and then showed more attitude. I schooled her on some manners that she may not have learned by now and drove off. Absolutely hideous!

I ordered a spicy famous bowl and it was filled with grease i understand it should have a little but it was overfilled with grease it dam near looked like I order soup. And whoever is working the drive thru has a ugly attitude.

Today I attempted to dine in at location only to pack my food up and leave. Artemio took my order. He was was friendly and did good. The one I have an issue with is AMY from the moment I picked up order from counter, she was rude.She had a bunch of napkins with a fork, ketchup packet some else too.
I thought these napkins were for customer, I was not to touch them. I couldn’t believe she talked to me that way. I sat back in the corner so couldn’t see the counter but I could tell by diners expressions that was being rude. Even the FedEx guy said she was rude.
I think this matter needs to addressed by managers. Not a good experience.

On my lunch break I went through the drive-through to try the new Chicken and Waffle . There was a bit of a wait. The guy working the drive-through window was very short and made me feel like I was irritating him. By the way, the meal was great.

I ordered a honey bbq chicken sandwich and 3 piece combo. It was drenched to the point of the bread being soaked and the chicken pieces soggy. Disgusting it’s sad cause I grew up loving it but how they served it was terrible.

I ordered a fill up box, a famous bowl, side of Mac, and 3 drinks.
They started putting my order together and then told me they had to wait on the biscuits. In the meantime, I had to ask for the The
cups for our drinks. We’re waiting, and the rest of the food is sitting in the box. I watched 2 other big orders go out before mine (mind you, I ordered about 5min before they showed up and the plan was to eat there). The biscuits are finally ready and I had to request the Mac and the famous bowl because they didn’t give it to me. Went to get ready to eat: the chicken bites were ice cold(like you bought food and left it out for a couple hours on the counter), the fries were a little warmer than the bites(not by much), the chicken was greasy/cold, and the biscuits that I had to wait on didn’t taste fully cooked(it felt like wet flour in my mouth).
The famous bowl had too much gravy(you couldn’t taste anything else) and I had to go back and ask for the chicken to be put in there because they didn’t include it. I most definitely should’ve asked for a refund. But my company told they would just warm it up later.
The restroom had no tissue, no soap. There was pee all over the seat/floor. It was absolutely disgusting. It would’ve been a disgrace to even show how bad it looked.
Extremely disappointing! We were out and about all day and just wanted a decent meal. We won’t go back to that location.

When asked about what pieces are ‘dark meat’ the employee at 7:20pm on 3/5/24 said ‘don’t worry about it’ and when asked for a specific piece, the request was entirely ignored.

TO ADD TO THAT, the chicken is rotten, and there’s no doubt that it’s failing health requirements. Had to throw it all away after realizing.

BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD.

Seriously, don’t make the mistake I did.
