I travel often and eat among many locations, this one always gets it perfect!
The staff are on point in keeping a clean and friendly restaurant active.

Was very slow very unattentive to my order and I do that so I was doing what about orders so time wasted is money wasted they kind of just threw my order at me the drinks were kind of spilled in the cup holder everything was disheveled and felt ignored I know the bag says sealed with care but it wasn’t sealed with much care

And i come by every morning but the morning staff is kinda rude…. if they say good morning it’s mumbled. Usually they don’t speak at all. Kinda sad since I’m a regular and come by everyday
I need to probably get better at making my own breakfast or find another location to go to in the morning. The night staff people however are VERY NICE!

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I been to. The service was horrible the one other time I went here but I just thought it was a one off so I let it go. Tonight it was slow again and my order was jacked up. I ordered the market salad but received the spicy chicken instead of regular chicken. My wife can’t eat spicy. This is a totally unacceptable mistake! This store is run very poorly and I blame the owners. Chick-fil-A is way overpriced but because of the politeness of staff and usually fast service, the steep prices can be overlooked. With all the other chain fast food, I expect horrible service and mediocre food.

I ordered through the app which is wonderful and easy to use. I love earning rewards.
I would love to receive better customer service after such a long wait time. I should be okay with it by now, but the gas prices are having me to consider who has the less wait time.
When I received my food the young gentleman had a wonderful smile on his face. The ending due to the ending customer service helped some.
The peace milkshakes are the best in my opinion.
The sandwiches were very tasty and cooked perfectly.
I look forward to experiencing a lesser wait time and good customer service at all stages of the visit.

The food is standard chick fil a. But their service/timeliness is horrible. Especially when there’s less adults working. It’s thebonly chick fil a I’ve ever been to that doesn’t use both lanes. They only do 1 lane for mobile vs drive through and it stays backed up forever. The servers move slow wirh no sense of urgency. We’ll still to alabaster and pelham

I always have a good experience with Chick-fil-a but will reconsider next time I am looking for breakfast at this location. I ordered a vanilla coffee and a hash brown bowl for $10. My bowl was half way full and my coffee was in a kids cup. Not what I expect when I am paying $4 for a coffee and $6 for a bowl that I can get for half the price at McDs. The customer service was also not up to standard as I felt unwelcome and rushed.

Online order, drive-thru pickup was efficient; it’s Chick-fil-A! Only issue was Chocolate milkshake, which I had requested no whipped topping (which was ok) and 2 cherries, received none ; shake itself was good.

Another large order taken home to my family, another part of the order left out. I don’t appreciate spending hard earned money and pretty consistently not receiving what I paid for. I’m going to start sitting in the drive thru and taking everything out of the bag and make sure I get what I paid for I guess. It seems like a pretty easy thing to check an order with the receipt but since ya’ll can’t do it, I will.
