Drive thru order that was missing a sandwich… got home before realizing it. Called and they said the only options were to return and get the sandwich or a refund. Someone missed out on their lunch and I had to make a return trip, but I was given a refund for the sandwich only. I suppose I expected something for the inconvenience, but nothing was even offered after I pointed that out. I want to thank them for discouraging me from returning to McDonalds again. I will be healthier as a result. If you do go to a McDonalds drive thru, I would sit at the window and go through your entire order before pulling away and being penalized for their incompetence.

When someone orders a meal a certain way most likely its for a reason – even if its not for a reason – its the customer’s money being used. Ordered a burger plain, i’m deathly allergic to onions and thank god i smelled it before i ate it. The whole inside of the cheese is covered in onions – do better please. This mcdonalds was good at first but its going down fast in my opinion … I tryed to call store like 4 times – no answer !

This is the closest McDs to home so I’m here often, I’ve always had a good experience here and the food has always been freshly cooked especially the fries. The staff have been friendly and always bring the food out quickly.

This has to be the BEST Mcdonalds in the world! Food is fresh not reheated. Staff is friendly and actually say thank you and prices are a bit more reasonable than other McDonald’s in the area! I eat more McDonald’s than I ever did because of my fondness of this location!

I came through the drive thru and ordered a frappe which I often get and when I got to the window it had pink cool whip. I’m allergic to certain red dye and asked them why it was pink that I wanted regular cool whip. The guy at the window just acted annoyed so I pulled forward and called the store to talk to a manager who said her name was Alisa, I believe, and was told we are advertising it all over the signs outside like it is my fault and I was supposed to know to tell them not to use it. I drove back around to look for these signs she was talking about which there was nothing I could see about it on the order menu. There is one sign on the pole in the dark saying stuff about Breast Cancer month but it doesn’t say that cancer causing red dye cool whip will be put on all of the drinks. All she did was scold me and laughed at me but never offered to replace the drink with normal cool whip. The guy actually even tried to say it didn’t have red dye in it. I said it is pink so it most likely does have red dye and since they don’t all cause my throat to blister I tried one sip from the bottom but it instantly started causing me issues. They were the rudest, unprofessional McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Never offered to replace the drink. Had no concern for me at all.

Idk..for brand new the drinks are sketchy. We ordered an orange juice and this was the most watered down mess. Next time all was well until there was a green mushy thing floating at the bottom. Looked like mold. I’m not sure why stuff here is low end. It’s brand new. Get it together. This is digusting

I had not been to this McDonald’s before. The crew is friendly and helpful. The food is really good. Sometimes a crew member will talk to my children through the drive thru window and make them feel special. Yall are doing something right. I love it

Consistently gets my order wrong. Fries are rarely fresh. Frustrating McDonald’s. Second guess us when we take incorrect food in to get fixed. Inspects the wrong food like they are the FBI to make sure we aren’t lying. No we aren’t lying. You just suck at reading your screens. I ask for no pickles and I get pickles with no onions. It just doesn’t make sense.
