Visited on Dec 28, 2025 after 8:30 pm. Very lovely and friendly staff. The food tasted very fresh and presentation as well. I’ve never seen a whopper that beautiful, lol! BUT we did see a rat in the dining area.

Good BK quality food. Customer service here is very good. Operating hours are less than other nearby fast food operations. Usually fast service for food, even at the drive-thru. Modern dining area has sufficient seating for customers. A lot of parking available.

Was just passing through town, but this was one of the nicest Burger Kings I’ve been to. Inside was renovated / decorated nicely, super clean. Staff was really nice and the food was great quality. No complaints 10 out of 10.

The Plainview Burger King is the best I’ve seen. It’s a very clean, well kept establishment(definitely appreciate their eye for detail. They put flowers on the tables and when the holidays roll around they make that extra effort to be festive and make it aesthetically pleasing) and the food is always fresh. And the staff DON’T carry around chips on their shoulders greeting you with rude disrespectful attitudes. Great job BK. I Highly recommend this location.
The Jericho location is crap! They don’t understand the directives, they don’t understand what you’re saying, and then they have the nerve to get a serious attitude with you when THEY screw up because they didn’t get it in the first place! Don’t come here unless you speak more than one language

This chain is super clean, and convenient amount of parking. The attendants/team members are very polite and responsive. The facilities are keep in excellent order. I come here at least 4 to 5 times a week in the morning to enjoy my breakfast and do some brief work on my computer. They have plenty of barstool space with outlets perfect if you want to eat and work on the go. I recommend this place for everybody.

My favorite local burger king! I feel its the cleanest one near me! I always see one of the employees cleaning the dining area and I love that! The food is good and fresh.

This place served me a burger with mold on it MOLD do not come to this place at all save your money and go somewhere else there is a Wendy’s and McDonald like 5 minutes away. I would give this zero stars if I could this place is terrible. I am never going back.
