I love this place!! The service at this location is a lot better than some others. However, I did find a black hair in my tomato soup. I know this is not mine as I am blonde, and couldn’t be from my cat as he has orange fur. Happy I found it before I ate it as it was deeper in the soup, but a bit disgusted.

The manager is very responsible, overseeing the kitchen and everything else. He serves at the tables and even checks the food coming out of the kitchen to ensure there are no mistakes. Thank you so much for your concern. This must be the best Panera Bread I’ve ever been to in my life.

We love all Paneras but this one shines! I was picking up a to-go order and I hadn’t walked two steps in the door and I was greeted with a friendly hello! As I picked up my back from the counter I was welcomed with a warm hello and have a great day! While leaving I was thanked for coming in! We always get the same salads at every visit but the salads at this location were different…better! They looked like the picture on the website and all the cucumbers were lined up just right. Does that matter? Yes! It told me that whoever prepared it did so just for us and did so with care! Wish this location was closer to our home!

Very kind staff, of course the wifi was great. Manager made regular rounds checking in on customers, it was very nice. Beverages tasted as expected and people seemed to be enjoying their meals. I love Panera for the Cafe aspect and wish I had visited this one sooner.

Everytime I come to this location I am left feeling disappointed. The staff is not very friendly and they don’t prepare the food with any care. Today I ordered a salad and all the mixed greens were wilted and slimy. I worked at a Panera for 7 years and we were trained not to serve wilted lettuce. Don’t serve something if you wouldn’t eat it yourself. Y’all need to do better especially for the prices we are paying for the food.

Go somewhere else. Please. This place is apparently too popular. Two times in two weeks I used the drive thru. Two times in two weeks I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes (32 minutes the first time, 35 minutes the second time). Two out of two times I received no apology, just an explanation that they are “really busy and they can’t control that.” So please. Go somewhere else. Maybe if enough people stop coming to this Panera Bread their wait times will drop to a reasonable level. But I won’t know; I won’t be back. Fool me twice, shame on me, as the saying goes. And I’m not trying to get fooled again.

Today I ordered.french onion soup……no cheese or croutons. This is the third time in 6 months I’ve ordered it and the same thing has happened each time. I keep hoping things have changed in the time between. Silly me. The only reason for 2 stars is my salad is okay. The bathrooms are not clean and the seating area just feels old and not properly clean also. Used to go frequently, but now maybe 3 times a year to just to see if things are better. Unfortunately they are not.

Worse experience ever. We had to wait 30 minutes for 1 salad and 2 Mac and cheese bowls. It’s not even a steakhouse where they are cooking my fillet to my liking. Will never be back considering that is the 3rd time they take 30 minutes for my order. Employees have no sense of urgency, they don’t care how long you’ve been waiting and overall not great customer service.

i waited over 30 minutes to get my order, which was just a bowl of soup. people who ordered after me received their food and left by the time i got mine. not ideal especially with only an hour for lunch break.
