The food was adequate. My specialty burritos were good and hot and were worth the extra money I paid for the steak upgrade. However my son’s mini taco salad..which I paid for with reward points..was totally skimpy. If it was my restaurant I would have been embarrassed to serve it…hardly no cheese and even taco meat. I was given an over abundance of mild and hot sauces but NO NAPKINS..which is pretty important when going through the drive thru.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Got the order through drive through. I ordered fiesta potatoes without sour cream but they didn’t remove it! On top of that, the crunchy tacos that are fragile were at the bottom of all food. Literally crushed up. Ordered 2 chips and queso. Chips were EVERYWHERE in the bag!!! Literally the worst service! I didn’t even have that many customization; it was literally swapping beans with meat! Seriously, the workers are NOT IT! If I could, I would give 0 ratings.THE WORST SERVICE EVER! This was an awful experience. They were slow, ai took our order and couldn’t understand light ice. We had to end up asking for a human. They gave us a medium drink when we ordered a large, gave us a nacho fries with 7 fries in it, and they refused to take the drink tray back that we didn’t ask for. Some people have the amount of people in their car that they order drinks for and don’t want anymore trash lingering around the car than is necessary. It’s a simple fix; just ask if people want a drink carrier don’t assume.

Placed a pickup order at 7pm and went to pick it up at 8pm and was told they weren’t taking any new orders. The order had been placed an hour before we got there so it wasn’t new but the workers kept interrupting us when we tried to explain this and told us to leave. Horrible service and attitude.

I understand that it was a game night and rammed. I have worked fast food before and totally understand. However the fact that I ordered almost three hours prior to pickup and still never got it is egregious. I was told that I was “not checked in” and that pisses me off so much since I had been very tired after the game. The staff were nice but you all have to seriously rethink how you do things because this is outrageous. I cancelled my order and will be seeking a refund. I do not recommend this place at all and will most likely not be returning.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Taco Bell today was nothing short of horrendous, and I feel compelled to share it. My group and I waited over two hours in line, only to be met with the most disrespectful, rude employee I’ve ever encountered. Not only did she ignore our questions, but her attitude was downright mean and dismissive. When we politely asked for an update on how long the wait would be, she barely acknowledged us—just a cold, uninterested stare. It was clear she didn’t care about the customers at all.
We weren’t the only ones frustrated either; the entire line was visibly upset by her behavior. Rather than offering any form of apology or even a smile, she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by simply being there. After such an extended wait, the last thing anyone wants is to be treated like a burden. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if this is just her usual attitude, but it was absolutely unacceptable. I’m all for being patient, but being made to feel bad for asking a simple question is beyond. Taco Bell needs to seriously reevaluate who they allow representing their brand. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

I waited over 2 hours for a delivery order until I finally went to pick it up myself, as they refused to cancel the order and refund me. No driver grabbed it because that put the wrong name on the bag, it had my order info on the bag, not that they had it right inside. Also, terrible customer service inside I kept saying “excuse me” for several minutes until I was practically yelling it before someone came over. I’ve worked fast food I get there are bad days but completely unacceptable customer service. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, never eating here again.

I got the Cravings Box, where I selected a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a Crunchy Taco, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, and Baja Blast Zero Sugar
I had not had the Cheesy Gordita Crunch before – so I was pretty interested to try that out
I found it to be really good
The flour tortilla on the outside and the crunchy taco on the outside produces an excellent texture combination that’s not really
replicated by any other menu item except the crunchwrap – and I would say this does that combination better because you feel both
at the same time
The thickness of the overall wrap made it feel like eating crunchy pita bread – which was a fantastic base for all the toppings – it certainly
didn’t feel like just a normal tortilla wrapped around a crunchy taco
the toppings were pretty solid was well
I also liked the Crunchy Taco that I got – especially the beef, which was actually well seasoned, and there was a lot of it (this goes for the
Cheesy Gordita Crunch as well)
The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were not that good. it was my first time trying them, and they had no real flavor. the sauces didn’t mix well
together and didn’t add much
the baja blast zero sugar was essentially undrinkable – it tasted that bad
For the price (only about 6 dollars) the amount of food you get here is pretty incredible, and when you add on that most of the food tastes pretty good,
there aren’t much places where you can get this value
Overall, mostly good food at an all-time price. 8/10

Not exactly a fan of Taco Bell but I love their nacho fries, and for that I give’em 4 stars. Drive-thru service should be a bit quicker though. The Cinnabon pack tastes fantastic, and the mountain dew baja blast is easily one of my favorite carbonated sugary drinks.
