I don’t know why people post about half eaten croissants with not enough chocolate in it. Or give one star because their credit card was declined. The staff is not to blame for this.
In fact, they are very friendly there all the time and try to accommodate all your special wishes. Problems can happen. Just tell them.

First off, the cashier in the drive through scoffed and rolled her eyes when I declined a 20% tip for ordering cake pops and putting them in a bag… Then, it’s $8 for TWO cake pops… The only in Royal Oak charges $8 for 4. Definitely won’t be back.

This location hosts many college students, so there are rows of tables for working at. However there are not comfy couches to sit and gather.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to try the new pineapple drink but wanted it more like a milkshake. They don’t normally sell it this way but said they could froth the milk for me. The texture was great with the froth but I did not think the drink was anything special. It was just pineapple juice.

I love this location. They are super sweet. I told the young lady I was having a rough day and they left a sweet note on my cup. All the drinks were made correctly. The inside of the location was super clean! It was busy but line went fairly quickly. Definitely brighten up my day!

I ordered a cold brew with oat milk, the oat milk was very chunky and gritty. I know it’s not “spoiled” like diary milk but still makes me feel weird about drinking it. I went back in and asked if they could make me a cold brew with cold foam instead, the person who helped me was extremely nice, but that second drink was unfortunately chunky as well.

The Squirrel Road Starbucks employees are a delight everyday. If there are a ton of people there, the employees still manage to treat you as if you’re the only one in the building.
They are always excited and happy to offer me a pup cup when I bring by Hector, my chocolate lab.
