Typically I consider this the worst McDonald’s in the area due to the speed (or lack thereof) of service. It’s been like this for years. I absolutely hate going here. Disorganized and super slow service.

I’m sick of going to this McDonald’s and paying for a large fry and when I get my bag it’s more like a small. This stuff cost money. I want what I pay for . If I wanted a small fry or medium that’s what I would’ve gotten. The managers just not training these sorry people anymore. Just horrible

It’s hurtful with high prices all around . You go to location out of food they are trending for season ..It bad none of restaurants have the items because they don’t know how do there inventory for each location. I hate they don’t see that saying you got a meal then every location told me lie on new grinch meal that trending this holiday season . I’m not a fan because of poor service, inconsistent food taste, the order is usually messed up, and slow service in drive thru. The one by our house in So Monroe is the worst. In all honest there are at least 2 that do a much better job. Unfortunately for me until my grands outgrow this phase I am an unhappy grandma in the drive thru

Stay away from this McDonald’s!!! If you didn’t hear me the first time stay away. If you want POOR SERVICE, LOOOOONNNNGGGG WAIT TIME then this is the spot for you. How do you spend 10 minutes plus waiting on someone to take your order at the menu screen. The car that was to my left was there before me! Then when you pull up to the window no apologies for the long wait because they are too busy carrying on a conversation with the cooks that’s has nothing to do with the job at hand. Personal will RUIN a business. They need to talk to the managers at Chick Fil La and Canes because I never have to wait long, they are always nice and polite and it’s their PLEASURE or not they are always going to say it and treat you with some respect. Go to the McDonald’s on the Northside or the Southside. Stay away from the one by the college!!!

Don’t waste your time going here. Literally sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes, was told when I first pulled up to please hold be right back with you. Then watched 2 cars in the other lane get orders taking. They never acknowledged I was there again.
