I had an incredible experience at QDOBA! The food was fresh, fragrant, and the service was perfect. What really made my visit memorable was Michelle’s excellent customer service – she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. All of the staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. This is a well-managed, clean, and welcoming restaurant. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys delicious, fresh food and great service!

The service was top notch for a late night rushed last minute order. The woman in glasses who eas middle aged helped tremendously. She was kind, calm, efficient and friendly. It made us want to come back! The food was also fresh, warm, and had crispy veggies. Good experience. Qudoba. Pay your workers more, they deserve it.

This Qdoba has been fantastic and even if something is missed or incorrect, they have always made it right. I LOVE the soup and wish they kept it year round, but since it’s only here for a limited time I make sure to frequent this restaurant while it is. 🙂

So last night , May 5 , I ordered from here on door dash . Really bad experience. First time ordering from this store and admittedly it was late . It wasn’t until after I got my order did I realize they closed at 10 . But I guess they weren’t happy with my order . It looks like someone stepped all over my receipts , they are FILTHY . Honestly I haven’t eaten my burrito because I’m afraid I pissed then off by ordering late but I wanted Mexican style and I got off too late to make food so my bad but yea look at the photos . I’ve never had this happen before , really alarming . And the worst one was the chips and queso , I asked for the three cheese queso because I literally cannot stomach the spicy one . Then my chips were ungodly stale , like that was clearly on purpose . And Welp they decided to give me the spicy cheese one instead – as seen in the picture you can see the peppers and stuff so yea that was nice , super stale chips and super hot cheese I can’t eat . Real nice . My brother got all of it so he was cool but the order was for me so yea that really sucked. He found that really big pepper and told me to snap it and he said “yea this definitely isn’t the three cheese “ on the first bite . They are really wrong for the way they did me man . The unhappiness about my order was radiating through it . .. I get it you want to go home but doorsdash said yall were open , make the food right dude . Like these mistakes were clearly intentional . Plus my tacos were extremely sloppy and hot ( like they made my mouth burn ) and I got ground beef and lettuce and sour cream and cheese , simple shouldn’t be hot so that was weird . They also didn’t include the two cookies I bought which is almost $10 . So yea really bad first experience here . Wouldn’t recommend and I’ll never go here again .

Probably one of the worst Qdobas I have visited. they did not give me a receipt so I couldn’t do a survey so google reviews will suffice. I visited on 4/1/25 around 1240.
I wanted a steak fajita quesadilla walking in. Here is what they didn’t have:
-steak
-fajitas veggies
-mild queso
All those things are required to make that.
These chips I bought were not cooked all the way and greasy. The line was very bare I understand it’s lunch time and I did see an order with like 7 entrees but come on you guys do this all day you need to keep the line stocked.
